Cozy and lovingly furnished apartment in the countryside with wallbox. The 36 sqm apartment is located in a 2-family house in which we and a daughter with child live. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and a laundry closet. The living room is connected to the sleeping area (a double bed), optically separated by a sideboard with a TV. The kitchen contains all kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker and other accessories.

Our idyllically located apartment with separate entrance is newly renovated, fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary. The apartment has a bathroom, a separate kitchenette and a living area as well as a terrace – ideal for two, optionally for four people. Just in the middle of the countryside, now in the city: Hattingen city center can be reached in a few minutes by car, Bochum-Linden is also only 4 km away and the Ruhr is even less.

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally-located place in the heart of Essen. A variety of gastronomic offers are within walking distance. A supermarket with a large assortment is also close by. The apartment is centrally located between the main train station and Messe Essen. The transport connection (public transport, highway, e-scooter) is excellent and yet you are in a quiet residential area.

Our apartment is friendly and modernly furnished. It is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a three-family house and consists of a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom and another room that can be used either as a living room or another bedroom. Here, up to 4 people can enjoy a relaxing time. A bus stop is only a few meters away. But you can also walk just as comfortably into town in 10 minutes.

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room with private bathroom and separate entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

This little gem is now also suitable for 2 people. It is a bright and very cozy apartment that is suitable for both relaxing and working. This bay window apartment is located in a 1000-year-old castle surrounded by greenery. If you are traveling with several people, you can book another apartment right next door. Small room, near RUB

From this charming little place to stay, it is not far to the shops of the suburban district or to the Ruhr University Bochum. Fast bus to the city center, bus to RUB. Location on the first floor, private entrance, quiet*, in the countryside; private parking. The large arenas in Bochum, Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen are easily accessible by bus and train.

These feature a bedroom with single bed, a combined kitchen and living room, as well as a shower room with toilet. Ruhr University, German Law Institute (Vita Campus), BioMedizinPark (IFK, Aesculap Academy) are within walking distance in 10 to 15 minutes.
