Vacation rentals with a patio in Hattem

Die Wohnung war super-sauber, perfekt gepflegt und eingerichtet. Alles war wie beschrieben. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde sofort und sehr freundlich eingegangen. Der Empfang war top, die Erreichbarkeit super. Unserem kleinen Sohn wurden von Edith Laufräder, Dreiräder, Traktoren etc. zur Verfügung gestellt. Uns wurde alles toll erklärt, was wir über die Gegend oder den Hof wissen wollten. Es gab gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Edith und Freek sind sehr sympathisch und nicht aufdringlich. Man muss wissen, was aber auch im Inserat klar beschrieben wird, dass es ein Bauernhof ist, der sehr ländlich liegt. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Rad z.B. in max. 30 Minuten in Urk, mit nettem Dorfkern, Hafen und kleinem Strand. Wer Erholung auf dem Land, mit der Möglichkeit für viele unterschiedliche Ausflüge (per Auto in 10-45 Minuten findet man fast alles, was man sich wünscht) sucht, sollte es bei Edith und Freek probieren. It's a special home, one-of-a-kind that offers beautiful design and comfort. We stayed a number of days with our dog after a hectic time and enjoyed resting in the beautiful and private environment. Very comfortable beds and living area. The town of Nijkerk is lovely with pedestrian areas, restaurants, and train station with 30 minute ride to Utrecht, where we went to explore.

Wat een mooi appartementje ik een rustig dorp! Ik heb genoten van de rust, maar er zijn ook genoeg dingen te doen in de omgeving

Ik heb maar één nacht verbleven bij Tinie, maar wat een fijne ervaring! Tinie is een duidelijke en snelle communicator – haar instructies waren helder en ze beantwoordde al mijn vragen direct, wat heel prettig was. De accommodatie zelf is werkelijk prachtig: stijlvol ingericht, brandschoon en helemaal zoals omschreven. Alles straalt rust en zorg uit. Ik voelde me er meteen helemaal thuis. De locatie is ook top: goed bereikbaar vanaf het station en de mogelijkheid om te parkeren is super handig. Ik baal bijna dat ik er maar één nacht was, want dit is echt zo'n plek waar je langer wilt blijven. Een ideale oase van rust – ik kom zeker terug!

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt mit toller Aussicht und einem gemütlichen, privaten Balkon mit Abendsonne. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern, die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und machen wirklich leckeres Eis 😉 Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ontzettend leuk huisje! En een leuke gezellige indeling. Mooie groene planten in huis en een verse bos hyacinten op tafel. We hadden het koud bij binnenkomst maar de ruimte was heel snel verwarmd. Vanuit het huisje loop je zo het bos in naar verschillende klompenpaden. Ik zou dit huisje zeker aanraden aan anderen, en zelf zou ik het zeker nog een keer boeken. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en misschien tot ziens!

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce studio parfaitement équipé, confortable et situé dans un quartier paisible. L'accès est facile, et l'hôte a fait preuve d'une grande réactivité et de professionnalisme, répondant rapidement à toutes mes questions. La localisation est idéale, à seulement 30 minutes en voiture de Giethoorn, la "Venise du Nord". Je recommande vivement ce logement à ceux qui recherchent tranquillité, confort et proximité avec des sites touristiques remarquables.

Das Haus von Hilly war perfekt für unseren Wochenendaufenthalt in Lochem. Es ist zentral gelegen und alles fussläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Hilly und der Check-In verliefen einwandfrei. Wir wurden sogar mit einem Begrüssungsdrink und einer netten Nachricht überrascht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. :)

We hebben een onwijs fijn verblijf gehad. Leuk dat we ook even bij de paardjes konden kijken. Het huis was schoon en erg leuk! Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. We waren zelf olijfolie en douchegel vergeten, was fijn geweest als dat eventueel aanwezig was geweest.

Very tasteful interior decorations! The house was very clean when we arrived and all amenities and utensils are available. The house has a beautiful garden where I can enjoyably relax in the sitting room looking at the greenery. Host is very friendly and helpful. She also recommended some local places to visit.

Huisje in landelijke sfeer is schoon, gezellig en ruim. Overdekt gezellig prive terras aan de grote tuin waar je lekker van je af kan kijken. De hosts zijn super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en voelen goed aan welke ruimte ze je moeten geven. Ten slotte is de hottub echt een aanrader. Conclusie: 5 sterren echte aanrader!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Perfekte Lage zum Angeln und Fahrradfahren.

Afgelopen weekend verbleven wij op Hoeve Nooitgedacht en wat hebben we het heerlijk gehad! Het is echt een paradijsje aan de rand van het prachtige natuurgebied de Veluwezoom. Alles was op en top geregeld en het is overduidelijk dat Albertine alle liefde en aandacht heeft voor haar gasten. We hadden als extra ontbijt erbij besteld (een aanrader!) dit was enorm uitgebreid en met heerlijke producten, er stonden twee elektrische fietsen voor ons klaar, het huisje stond er op en top bij, en bij aankomst kregen we een uitgebreide uitleg met hele leuke tips. Heel fijn plekje met lieve diertjes en een top gastvrouw! We komen zeker graag nog een keertje terug!

Very nicely decorated & stocked house, perfect for weekends with friends or family! Would recommend. Beautiful location, but be aware there is some new rules for the airbnb which are not listed in the listing such as no music outside and a request to sit on the road side of the house rather than the beautiful side with the water views, to protect the neighbours, which is understandable but good to know.

Charmantes Haus, mit viel Liebe ausgestattet, so dass man sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt. Sehr schönes Gegend, direkt am See wo alles zu Fuß oder mit Fahrrad erreichbar ist.

Fijne, betaalbare plek midden in de bossen.

Mandy was such an accomodating host and was very responsive to our communication. We really enjoyed our stay at her quaint abode which was promixal to everything you will need (Grocery, Bars, Restaurants, Bike Hire etc). It was fully equipped for our nearly week long stay and Mandy had really nice recommendations for places we might require. Definitely would recommend staying at Mandy’s and looking forward to staying again when I’m next in town.

Jolanda's place was perfect for our 1 month stay. The patio was great for sunny breakfasts. Small town with everything you need. We made some great friends in town. Lively on weekends and quieter during the week. Centrally located to other fun towns. There is about a 10 min walk to the train station. Highly recommend this Airbnb and town.

Theo and his brother are really nice persons. They are especially welcome foreigners.

This might've been one of our favorite stays to date; the hosts are so, so friendly and gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is very comfortable and the beds are great. We also really liked the spacious bathroom. As for the surroundings; there are lots of things to do and see, and the available ebikes have been used a lot during our stay! We would recommend this home to anyone and we definitely want to come back sometime!
