This two bed cottage is in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views. Walk through fields onto a footpath down to the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Please note - bathroom refurbishment completed March 2026. The Coach House will still offer one full family bathroom for guests to share (with sink, loo, shower-over-bath). The new en-suite ‘dressing room’ will contain a sink, toilet and vanity area but it no longer has a separate shower.

A delightful and peaceful property nestled in the lower valleys of the Hope Valley on a working farm The property consists of one mezzanine floor with a double bed and a lounge room with a log burner and sofa bed The cottage is central to the whole valley which makes it an ideal base for any activity holiday within the Peak Park There is a cosy log burning fire for night By day there’s a private front garden with a decking & grass area
