The cottage is a short drive north of downtown Hastings, which has been rated one of the best small towns in America by Norman Crampton, author of "The 100 Best Small Towns in America." Leach Lake is an all-sports lake with excellent fishing. The cottage is equipped with paddle boards, kayaks, a canoe, and a row boat for your trip.

The loft is downtown lake odessa above a store front. Awesome for nightly or longer stays. It has Brick walls, barn siding, exposed ceiling, Murphy beds, fireplace. Walk down stairs , to r, antique shops, a fabulous old fashioned ice cream shoppe, seasonal. The public beach is walking distance. This would be an awesome place to have a group of friends party, however it can’t be used for that. It has to be more low key, there is an overnight rental below the loft. It’s great for relaxing

We are located in a beautiful rural location, plenty of wildlife, vinyl records and outdoor hot tub to keep you entertained. My partner and I live upstairs and are happy to help you find just the right thing to do in the area. Plenty of lakes, trails, the Thornapple river is just a few miles away, also plenty of great dining and shopping close by. We are excited to host and easy going!

Large open floor plan with with huge windows and lots of natural light. Beautiful views of nature and wild life. Large well stocked kitchen great for cooking entertaining. Finished basement with pool and pin pong table. Beautiful in ground heated* pool with lots of room for fun. Private wooded setting on 8 acres with nice groomed trails for nature walks. Plenty of parking area. Attached garage is restricted.

Outpost Treehouse

The lookout inspired Outpost Treehouse (not actually attached to a tree) sits in a white pine forest in the middle of a 50 acre active farm. The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!

Tiny House In the City

Welcome to our tiny home! In 2019 my husband and I set out to renovate this old pool house into a self-sustainable apartment or tiny home. As you can imagine… things did not turn out the way we intended and construction was completed in the fall of 2020! We are thrilled to open up a part of our lives and our home to you! The amenities are not lacking within the space and we know you will feel at home!
