Forest Yurt

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside, not a full kitchen. Christine's Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Tiny cabin in the trees

Nestled in the trees, this tiny cabin is designed for a relaxing vacation for two people, or a solo experience. Located 15 min drive from Bancroft and 45 min from Algonquin Park. Parking is located at the beginning of the driveway. Expect a short hike, about 60m, down trail to the cabin. This small cabin features a woodstove, electricity, outdoor kitchen, running water, outhouse and outdoor shower.
