ACADIA HOUSE - Prince Edward County - Now with A/C

LauraRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We really enjoyed our stay at Acadia House! The house was very spacious with plenty of room for our family of 5 and had a large, beautiful yard. The location was great, very close to Sandbanks and Picton. Our kids loved the basketball net and hammock. I loved that the house offered recycling and backyard composting, washer/dryer. This was a great place to stay in PEC and we would highly recommend it.

Heather’s house was a fantastic place to spend the weekend in PEC! The house and property were beautiful, spotless and came stocked with any and every amenity you might need. The location was also great as it was private but still close to many wineries. Heather was friendly, informative and responsive and made the entire process easy. The Bellflower Gallery, Bloomfield

JeremyRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Great stay in Bloomfield. We loved the location which was walkable to some great restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and of course Ice cream. We felt like locals for a few days exploring Bloomfield and being centrally located in the heart of PEC. Almost everything was a 15 minute drive or less if we wanted to venture into Picton, Wellington, Hillier or Sandbanks. The house had everything we needed and was great for kids with a crib, baby gates, kids cutlery and lots of toys. Would recommend especially for a family with young kids. Only minor issue was that the single bathroom was downstairs so we had to sneak past our sleeping kids in the night to go down and use the bathroom. Luckily they were too tired from a full day exploring to ever wake up.

The County Stay - Bloomfield

RobertRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Our group of 6 all commented on the quality of the furnishings, well designed layout that was perfect after dinner games and catching up, while the bedrooms were set at the other end of the house for those that wanted to get to bed a bit earlier. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for a group of 6 and I appreciated the layout when cooking for the group.

Big Tiny

OliviaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Spent the most amazing weekend at big Tiny! The house was so clean and beautiful, the windows and balcony were great. Watching and meeting the horses was our highlight, we had so much fun with them and they even came by our campfire to hangout. The walks through the field were stunning. Very close to silent lake provincial park where we went for a nice swim, 100% recommend for others!

Entire Cottage Farmstay

JoeyRating, 5 stars35 months ago
Brandon and Adrian were terrific hosts! They responded very quickly and were very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed, helpful and welcoming. The home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The farm is a beautiful place and we so appreciate the time the both of them took to introduce us to the goats and flock and show us their gorgeous garden. It is clear they put in a lot of hard work to ensure their animals and visitors are well cared for because it is a calm and happy place. Ziggy and Gemma are adorable, friendly and affectionate pups. The swimming pond is clean, has a few toys and was very enjoyable on hot afternoons. Having the opportunity to also purchase some of their delicious freshly picked produce from their garden was also super handy! The location was ideal for us too. Close to a town and 10 minutes from Belleville. It is about a 30 min drive to Prince Edward County, which has some great wineries, breweries, restaurants and art galleries. We brought our dog and she felt right at home and loved the space to run around. She is a 6-year-old golden retriever and is well trained and listens while off leash. It was her first time near farm animals. At first it was her instinct to give chase and she frightened one of the chickens. However, after a couple of days of my watchful eye and a bit of coaching she learned to be gentle and kind to the goats and the roaming flock. One of the draws for us was that this stay allowed pets. If your dog has the instinct to chase, my recommendation is to keep them on leash and introduce them slowly. Thank you Adrian and Brandon – we had a fabulous time and would love to stay again!

We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy barn in Roblin! It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot , the perfect getaway to relax and unwind. I brought my partner here for her birthday, and she absolutely loved it! The barn has a charming and comfortable vibe, and it was the ideal location since it’s only about an hour away from the 1000 Islands Rockport Cruise. It made for a memorable and scenic get away. Highly recommend this spot for couples looking for a romantic escape!

Our wknd away at this peaceful and very private oasis was just what the doctor ordered! We had the greatest time there. It was so beautiful and quiet that I'd often forget where in the world we were. It had everything we needed and more. Camilla was an excellent host and was always quick to reply if I had a question. I'd definitely recommend this little gem to anyone looking to go off the grid for a few days to recharge and enjoy everything nature has to offer!
