Comfortable king size bed &living area with sofa bed (extra £10 fee), well equipped kitchenette & separate shower wet room. Located right under Curbar Edge, a well known climbing and walking area, immediately onto footpaths, and 4 miles from Chatsworth Estate. Also 4 miles to market town of Bakewell. Walking distance to local pub. Great road and mountain biking route.

A private, self-contained, en-suite annex, next to the River Wye, in a tranquil setting. Direct access to covered (new 2023) decking area & shared garden so you can enjoy the water, wildlife and countryside. Food prep area with fridge, microwave, sink, kettle & toaster. Plenty of walks from the doorstep, cycle routes and climbing opportunities. Perfectly located to explore the Peak District. Car highly recommended. The annexe is attached to our family home, but has its own entrance.

The cottage sits off the road with it's own drive, great gardens and private patio, along with ample private parking. Well behaved pets are welcome. All of this in the wonderfully picturesque Peak District village of Great Longstone, just minutes from the Monsal trail and Chatsworth House. Bakewell is also close by, along with lots of walking opportunities.
