In the evening, a joint game evening in front of the crackling fireplace before everyone falls into the soft beds.

Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Located directly on the Harzer-Hexen-Stieg and a nature reserve, directly surrounded by river, rocks and a historic hydroelectric power station, you will find a unique accommodation on an extensive area. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature. For more active days, a private universal sports field and a summer tent from April to October are available, or you can take advantage of other accommodation offers. The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.
