Perfect stay! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and ideally located. Everything we needed and more. Clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The location is great, close to everything. The host was attentive. A 5-star experience !

The place of Ilan was awesome. We always stay in an out her rental at the same building but the entrance B and literally Ilan’s apartment was just wow. The beach is quite and peaceful, if you want to enjoy a bit of more crowd and Israeli balagan just go a few minutes walking to Sironit beach, however we much love this place.

Absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed The home is tastefully decorated with a unique combination of rustic wood, modern touches, and colorful accents that create a welcoming atmosphere. Every space felt intentional and inviting. The place was spotless, smelled fresh, and was equipped far beyond expectations. The jacuzzi offered great relaxation, and the overall privacy and quiet location made it a perfect getaway. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was super kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

התארחנו לסוף שבוע בבית הסירה, בית קטן וחמוד עם כל מה שצריך. יש מרפסת גדולה ומרווחת, סלון נעים, טלוויזייה עם אפשרויות צפייה, פטיפון, ספרים ואפילו אורגן. המטבח מאובזר, המקלחות נקיות ונוחות. הבית קרוב למדרחוב, הסביבה שקטה (חוץ מכביש סמוך קצת רועש). הבית מטופח, מלא עציצים והאווירה רגועה עם אנרגיות טובות. עדן ויובל היו תקשורתיים וזמינים לכל מה שצריך. מומלץ בחום 🌈

Another fantastic stay at this place! This was the third time and everything was just perfect. Our kids love the space and everything is great for a short or long stay. A very thoughtful layout, relaxing environment, and the sun filled home is up lifting. As part of this work / fun trip, it's a 15-20 minute walk to the Binyamina train station, a 3-minute walk to the Binyamina winery, there's a convenience store 2 minutes away and malls, grocery stores, and beaches 5-15 minute drives away. הבית של נעה ומשפחתה הוא מקום מקסים ומזמין לשהייה. המרחב מרווח ומעוצב בטעם טוב, עם אווירה נעימה ומיוחדת. מקום נהדר למשפחות - חצר ענקית מוקפת צמחייה, טרמפולינה, ערסל ופינת חי שנמצאת במרחק הליכה קצרה. מאיזור הבית ניתן להמשיך בקלות לשלל פינות חמד - מעיינות, נחלים, עגלות קפה :) התקשורת עם נעה הייתה קלה ונעימה. היא הייתה זמינה לכל שאלה ודאגה שהשהייה שלנו תהיה בול. ממליצים בחום💕

טל וחגית היו מדהימות והיה קל לתקשר איתן, נתנו מענה חכל שאלה או בקשה. הבית מהמם והמושב שקט וכיפי! ❤️

בית יפהפה ובמיקום מושלם - דקה ממסעדות, חנויות יפות מכל הסוגים ומספר דקות מהחוף, ויש בו חניה! הוא מלא בחלונות גדולים ומואר ויחד עם זאת שומר על תחושת פרטיות. יש בו הרבה מאד חללים שונים שמאפשרים גם התבודדות וגם אפשרות להתכנסות. הוא נקי ומאובזר באופן מיטבי. עשינו קניות בשוק עם משלוח שהגיע תוך דקות לבית. שקד היה מסביר פנים וסופר זמין. מתאים בנוחות לששה ובאפן מאולץ יותר לשבעה או שמונה.

How to write this review without it becoming a novel of gratitude... Just book this place. I stayed here with a group of friends for a week and it was truly a magical experience. Dorit's (Darya's mother) hospitality was truly unlike anything any of us have experienced on airbnb before. Super lovely and kind and sweet and caring. She was not only helpful with tips and guidance to the city but also generous. The house is her home. And she really made it feel like it was ours within a matter of minutes. Honestly, if I could give it 6/5 I would. I give this place 6 out of 5.

Place is great location, half block from beach. Attached to a cool coffee bar and one of the more popular restaurants in town. Host was quick to answer any issues and even sent ice cream! Parking was cool, it comes up in an automated system. Would def stay here again!

היה תענוג להתארח אצל דן. דירה מקסימה עם כל מה שצריך לחופשה בלי דאגות. דן היה זמין כל הזמן, ענה במהירות לכל השאלות ואפילו יצר קשר בעצמו כדי להסביר לנו דברים על הדירה ולדאוג שיהיה לנו הכי נוח ושנרגיש בבית. בנוסף, דן היה מאוד גמיש ואיפשר לנו להישאר שעות נוספות בדירה ביום האחרון ללא שום תשלום נוסף בעקבות דחיית הטיסה. סך הכל, חוויה מאוד חיובית. ממליצה בחום!

This is the second time we are staying with Lionel, this time we came to celebrate our son's wedding. Lionel is a gracious host. He knew the reason for us coming and waited to welcome us in person bringing with him a flower bouquet for me. He helped me with many local recommendations I asked about and is extremely responsive. The property is located by the beach to which you can conveniently walk to from the back gate. Few good restaurants / cafes in the area, small but sufficient supermarket next to the lobby and is a short drive from many major attractions. The property includes a designated parking spot which is very convenient. I highly recommend staying with Lionel.

Ilane à été très réactif et arrangeant aussi bien à l arrivée qu au départ. l'appartement est situé au carré d or de Netanya à quelques mètres du kikar et de l ascenseur vers la plage. allez y les yeux fermés.

Отличные апартамерты в охраняемом комплексе, на лоне природы, соответствуют фото и описанию, подходят как взрослым, так и детям. Четкие инструкции, простое заселение, большая удобная парковка. Рекомендую однозначно.
