Great spacious apartment with a very nice sea view from the big balcony, parking and fast internet. The building is very new so everything works perfectly. Moshe was very responsive and promptly helped with various requests. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary utensils.

We stayed for 5 Nights and the appartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms. The place was clean. It was a good experience with Anna and she is amazing and easy to get in touch. Everything was there as described and love to visit again and again. Close to streets and easy to access all kind of shops / restaurants/ beach. Good and Anna keep you service as is u will have a great future.

The apartment is located by the sea, it is convenient to get to and the parking is based on a free space on the street. The apartment was prepared for us earlier than the original check-in time and clear instructions and videos were given on how to get to the apartment for the key. The apartment is very minimal in size but has everything you need!! Small refrigerator, stove, kitchen utensils, boot toilet, bed and TV. We had a great time! Thank you!!

The house was stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures. Suitable for a couple. It's a basement apartment, but there's no feeling of suffocation at all, and it's completely pleasant and comfortable to stay there even beyond one weekend. Fully equipped kitchen and has everything you need for an extended stay. The landlords were very warm and friendly and were always available and pleasant. We will definitely visit there again!

Great place in a great location

Yeah, we love the place. We had a lot of fun we watch movie. I love the back up and the only problem we didn’t do a bathtub because we don’t know how to close it, but we did have fun and was amazing and we would love to visit again.

My aunt visited Israel, and this place was perfect for her stay. Her flight arrived early in the morning, and Gavriel kindly allowed us to check in early at no extra charge. The apartment is new, clean, and fully equipped with everything you need. Gavriel is a kind and helpful host—he made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Wow, what a beautiful apartment. Amazing view of the Mediterranean, and right next to the path to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants along the promenade overlooking the beach. Avner was a very responsive host. We hope to stay again in the future.

Lovely apartment with great ocean views from each room. Walking distance from a supermarket and buses to Tel Aviv. Washing machine available but I found a nearby place that launders your clothing for good price. Overall great experience.

Our stay at Mordehai's apartment went extremely well! The exceptional location (two minutes from the kikar on foot) , the cleanliness and responsiveness of Mordehai made us feel extremely comfortable! The beds, meanwhile, are very comfortable, which is an important criteria for my husband. The bedrooms and the living room are delicately scented which brings all the more softness and freshness! Great place to stay with my family(2 kids 15 and 11) in Raanana. Very comfortable flat, cozy and modern apartment, nice varanda big rooms and bathrooms. Will definitely return. Mickey was simply great, responsive and always giving attention to all important details. A great stay

The apartment is bright, comfortable, spacious and airy. And the view from the balcony is spectacular; 180 degree views of the coast, the extensive network of dunes and looking south the Windgate Institute not far away. We had night after night of beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The value was high especially compared to Tel Aviv. Three different malls and a beautiful beach were within a 10-15 minute walk away. Lastly Nathan was a great host, gracious and responsive.

The apartment was beautiful, a beautiful private jacuzzi on the porch overlooking the ocean, great location right near kiryat sanz and places to eat. Hanan was super helpful and always responded right away and was very flexible with check in and checkout. Highly recommended to use Royal tzanz!
