In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

It has its own garden, is lovingly and high-quality furnished, at ground level and equipped with floor heating. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start from here directly on the sandstone route. The apartment in Langen in southern Emsland near Lingen is located in a quiet area and can accommodate up to four people. The apartment on the upper floor is fully equipped and has a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a living room with TV and fireplace, a conservatory, a terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill as well as two bedrooms with comfortable beds. This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.
