Mansion/City Villa (for groups)

(8-20 people) This detached mansion from 1935 is located right in the center of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from nightlife, the train station, the forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking space. You rent the entire upper house and part of the lower house with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. To relax, there is a 3-person massage Jacuzzi under the veranda. The deposit for our house is €250. The area is ideal for peace seekers, hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers. In our beautiful fenced private garden, you will enjoy the many bird species.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

Stylishly furnished apartment in a quiet location. Perfect for hiking in the Teutoburg Forest, or for cozy evenings on the terrace, overlooking the small garden, which is completely fenced. Ibbenbüren city center is 3 km away and within walking distance. A fully automatic coffee machine is also available. One double bedroom is available, and the sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for another person. Direct parking is available right in front of the house.

Have a wonderful vacation in Twente. Our house is located in the immediate vicinity of the art town of Ootmarsum. The nature reserves Springendal and Ottershagen are within walking/cycling distance. You have access to a fully furnished house with 2 terraces and garden. There is parking and the possibility to store and charge bicycles. Nearby are many cycling and hiking trails. In the house there are regional books, thrillers and games that you can use.

Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.
