The 35 sqm one-room apartment "Harzchalet Emma 3" in Sankt Andreasberg was completely renovated with a lot of love for detail in 2024. The property is located in a central but quiet location. The apartment is particularly characterized by modern furnishings in a cozy chalet style as well as the magnificent view of the Matthias Schmidt mountain. The sauna invites you to relax after a busy, sporty day.

My "little hut" is located in the beautiful village of Stapelburg in the Harz Mountains between Wernigerode and Bad Harzburg/Goslar. Last year, a real gem with a lot of love for detail emerged from a "junk shed." My place is on a quiet side street, and parking is available right in front of the house. The "Schüppchen" is hidden behind my house and is accessible via a comfortable external staircase.

The 120 m² ground floor can accommodate up to 8 guests (incl. Towels and freshly made beds) and is ideal for families or friends looking for a relaxed environment. There are several small islands such as our reading nook or coffee bar. There is a small play area and sandbox for the children. The 700m2 garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing or a cozy evening by the campfire.

Hike until your legs are burning – and then sink into the bathtub while the Kalte Bode ripples outside. That's exactly what awaits you here. Our spacious 57 m² apartment with a warm gold-tone design is your base for an active vacation and real relaxation in the Harz. The Brocken trails start right outside the front door.
