Renovation is finished! New images are online! My place is close to the train station and the center is also within easy reach. Nevertheless, it is very quiet. The apartment is particularly suitable for families with children, of course also for couples and business travelers. In addition to the apartment, we also have a large plot of land which can be used by arrangement. A car parking space is available in the yard. No pets allowed!!

The house with 2 floors, a living space of 80 square meters and a 30 sqm balcony is well equipped for 4 people. In the lower living area there is a hallway, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a sink, a bedroom with two intermingling beds, a large living room with a cozy couch/armchair area with a TV, a separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

For a family with 2 adults and 1 toddler (1 crib is available), you have space here and plenty of toys, a swing and barbecue area in the courtyard garden can be used in summer, in winter you sit comfortably by the warm fireplace. However, it must be mentioned that you have to go through the children's room to get to the bathroom.
