We would like to welcome you to our cozy and green apartment in the Pleißa district. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 highways, you can quickly get to cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Western Ore Mountains. Chemnitz City can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

The house has been completely renovated and gutted in 2024 and has air conditioning for summer and winter Since we have 2 children ourselves and live in the second apartment, we make sure that your children are thought of. The 3-room apartment covers 80 square meters and is located on the first floor of our house in a side street. Hartmannsdorf offers a very good infrastructure, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, playground and outdoor swimming pool with 10 m tower are within walking distance. There is access to the A 72 and local transport.
