This sweet & cheerful cottage, which is a small converted barn, lies in the middle of Hulme End's attractive hamlet. It's surrounded by fields & hills & is at the head of the Manifold Valley's walk/cycle track. Opposite is a café & a well-loved, family & dog friendly pub is a two minute walk away. Nearby Hartington is a pretty, well appointed village, & many of the Peak District's most loved attractions and towns, each with their own, individual characteristics, are just a short drive away.

The lanes are lined with pretty sandstone cottages and an idyllic ford runs through the cobbled street below the cottage and a great country pub is round the corner. The cottage offers wooden floors, a newly fitted kitchen, log burning stove and a large freestanding bath. Walking and cycling routes are available on your doorstep and after a long busy day the garden or local pub await. The village has a range of amenities including a well stocked village store, farm shop, a tea room and two public houses.

No3 Club Cottages is within walking distance of a popular village pub, Biggin Hall, and children’s play area. With plenty of footpaths, cycle trails and bridleways within walking distance, including the famous Tissington Trail. The Cottage has great views of the countryside, an enclosed garden/courtyard front & rear with seating areas, it also has a log burner for those colder evenings.

Hawthorne Cottage is a lovely recently refurbished limestone cottage in the glorious Derbyshire Peak District just steps away from Hartington village centre and its 2 friendly pubs, a perfect place for a relaxing break or for the more energetic there’s great walks (dogs welcome!) and cycling trails on the doorstep. We have the great advantage of 2 PARKING SPACES and a lock up for cycles. The terraced gardens afford views over the village and surrounding hills beyond.
