Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Harrison Lake

Absolutely lovely little home, able to relax in what felt like home away from home. So many extras, and attention to details with things you might not have packed, but so appreciated if needed. The eggs were a delicious! Very clean, comfortable furniture and friendly hosts. 10/10 would stay here again.

I travelled with my wife and two young kids and we couldn’t have had a more lovely time. The home was kid-friendly, the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming and Emily’s cookies were absolutely delicious. The home was perfectly fit for a family traveling with young kids. We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. If we find ourselves in Bellingham again (which I hope we do) Emily’s place would be top on our list.

We had a wonderful time at Sachin's property. Everything was spotless and I must say that the pictures do not justify the real beauty of this place. We are outdoorists and couldn't stop admire the beauty and how peaceful this property was! We loved every bit of it. Thank you Sachin and Ritu for being such lovely hosts. We are looking forward to visit your hidden gem again!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The views were absolutely stunning from every window. The interior was sparkling clean and so thoughtfully designed. The location was perfect, just minutes from Birch Bay State Park for peaceful beach walks. We saw so many great blue herons and bald eagles! Marie was such kind host and always very responsive. Truly such a luxurious experience.

I really thought that this cabin was very sweet, comfortable, clean, and a wonderful place to stay for my 10 year old son and I on a little weekend vacation. The tall mossy trees surrounding the hot tub were wonderful to be around, and the design and build of the home were fun to appreciate (as someone who has some decent carpentry skills myself). The only two negatives I had were: 1) there were a ton of emails/texts/etc. associated with getting into the place (there's just no need for that much back and forth and checking in for someone like myself who wants to be off the technology as much as possible), and 2) the total cost of $1,000 for two nights felt pretty steep to me, especially when only two people are allowed to stay. In terms of the place itself, though, it was top notch.

We enjoy staying at this interesting, well stocked home. It’s on a fairly busy road and the parking is a little tricky, but once you figure out the steep driveway, it’s all good! Love the neat little upstairs area for my kid. The living room is cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were a little sad the rain kept us from really enjoying the porch and backyard area. I could definitely see staying here for an extended time.

We loved our stay here! The mountain views are even better than advertised, and it really felt like we were in our own secluded retreat. Caroline was helpful and responsive, and the place was clean, cute, and comfortable. Google maps really will take you to the wrong location, so do be sure to follow Caroline’s check-in instructions! We just have a couple of minor notes that, if addressed, would make the place even more amazing! - There is no WiFi at this property. For most people this probably isn’t a big deal, since there is decent cell reception there, but for us trying to work remotely it was a pain having to deal with our occasionally spotty hotspot connection. It would be nice to add WiFi in the future, or be more explicit in the description that it is not available. - It would be nice if there were fans available for ventilation, especially at night as it can get a bit warm in the upstairs bedrooms. Overall, though, we had an amazing time and would stay here again!

We had a nice stop here in Glacier on our road trip. The place was clean and very cozy. Check in was very easy with the clear instructions. Bonus: the bed was incredibly comfortable!

This was our second time at David's place. It is clean, spacious and very close to everything in fairhaven. We love the firehouse coffee shop around the corner. Parking is surprisingly always available right outside the unit. This unit is far superior to a hotel and priced fairly. It's our first choice to stay if it's available when we plan to visit.

Emma’s home was paradise in the woods. It felt like we were in a tree fort but with all the necessary amenities to feel comfortable and relaxed. It was close enough to Bellingham to enjoy the pubs and restaurants and at the end of the day it was a peaceful respite from the crowds. We will return to Emma was attentive and prompt. We hope to return again. Thank you!

Lara and Casey were very accommodating as we stayed in their apartment for over a month. The place is beautiful and located in a very peaceful and relaxing part of town. It has everything you need for an extended stay in Bellingham, and they were super helpful and lovely hosts!

Jack’s place was well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plus many staples. Communication was excellent from the beginning and I received quick replies to questions during our stay.

This place lives up to its name, Hidden Gem. With the shrubs and bushes around the property and the terrace give total privacy as well as the beautiful sounds of birds and the odd passing squirrels and deer. Even being above quite a busy street, it is peaceful and relaxing. The apartment is really comfortable and has everything we needed for the 10 days we stayed. The proximity to town as well as some lovely nature walks and easy access to the walk along the Boulevard is wonderful.

We felt very welcome into their vacation condo. The details made towards insuring our comfort, down to bottled water upon arrival and more was much appreciated. A bottle of white wine and Godiva chocolates were placed on the kitchen island along with the parking cards...a nice welcome to the condo. The unit was very clean and cozy. The convenience of walking to Father's Day brunch and later to dinner was perfect. Sherri and Dan sent a lengthy welcome message to us 48 hours prior to arrival, listing the restaurants, coffee houses and their proximity. The communication was great. Great time at Sarah and Duncan's little hideaway. comfy and cozy. I went to Chair 19 for wings and pizza which was above average. Snowboarded at Mt Baker for closing weekend. Super fun little trip. Hot tub and pool ride next door to the unit. along with connecting hiking path to Horseshoe trail. Book it.

Above and beyond our expectations, attention to detail & made our visit so comfortable ! They were always present to our needs & felt at home! An excellent vaycay!! We give it a 5 plus stars!!!

Matt's place was perfect for my group to spend an easy weekend skiing at baker. Very close to the glacier ski shop and wake n bakery, 30 mins from the slopes, and within walking distance of chair 9. There were games and a few dvd's to choose from in the condo, as well as a community building with a pool table, hot tub + pool, and much more. Matt supplied helpful instructions and was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved that from one balcony we had a river view and the other a view of the bay. The home was comfortable and cozy for our family. Beds had nice, soft (and clean!) sheets, comfortable mattresses as well. Short walk to beach access and coffee shop which was a plus as well.

We stayed here while attending a wedding at Semiahmoo Resort, and it was the perfect place to relax—just a short walk from the resort. The home was spacious, well-stocked, and spotless, with a stunning view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again someday.

This is our second time staying here and we loved it! Close to the beach, restaurants and the club house with the games room and pool is great for kiddos. We have made Birch Bay a yearly trip and love this spot!
