The KAJÜTE*NEUN is located on the first floor of our house, in the middle of the harbor district between Museumshafen, Schiffbrücke, Norderstraße & Fußgängerzone - seagull screams and ship horns included. My place is right on the beach overlooking Denmark. The apartment was newly renovated in 2017. Great bus connections take you to the center of Flensburg within 10 minutes. Denmark can be reached within a few minutes on foot, by bike or by car. Shopping is in the immediate vicinity. Mini golf right outside the front door. Good restaurants nearby. Parking directly free of charge on site. Immediate beach.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The newly renovated apartment in a 130-year-old house is only 5 minutes from the harbor. You can live in the old and quiet fishing village and still be downtown quickly. Unfortunately, you cannot park on site, but there are plenty of parking lots and houses nearby and the bus station is a 5-minute walk away.

Room in the heart of Flensburg

Private room in the heart of Flensburg. The city center is within walking distance and yet the room is quietly located in a historic courtyard. I myself only use the apartment a few days a week. This is a large room, divided into sleeping and living area with TV. Kitchen and bathroom are of course also available to you. The bed is 140 cm wide.

Small attic - experience living

The stylish apartment is a new building and is located in an old courtyard. If required, a parking space can be rented. In a few minutes you can walk to the Flensburg harbor, past the Nordertor, the Flensburg landmark, and can stroll along the water to the harbor tip, along restaurants, bars and the shipping museum.

We only rent the apartment on the upper floor of our house. A staircase leads to the separate entrance to the upper floor of our house, where you will find a large combined living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The size of the apartment is about 50 square meters.
