Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

The KAJÜTE*NEUN is located on the first floor of our house, in the middle of the harbor district between Museumshafen, Schiffbrücke, Norderstraße & Fußgängerzone - seagull screams and ship horns included. Parking space right next to the circus wagon. 300 meters to public transport by bus no. 110 from Sønderborg, Gråsten and Flensborg.

My place is right on the beach overlooking Denmark. The apartment was newly renovated in 2017. Great bus connections take you to the center of Flensburg within 10 minutes. Denmark can be reached within a few minutes on foot, by bike or by car. Shopping is in the immediate vicinity. Mini golf right outside the front door. Good restaurants nearby. Parking directly free of charge on site. Immediate beach.

We only rent the apartment on the upper floor of our house. A staircase leads to the separate entrance to the upper floor of our house, where you will find a large combined living and dining area, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and shower. The size of the apartment is about 50 square meters.
