The cottage is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a stove, a shower and a composting toilet, as well as a nice outdoor toilet. Sea views both from the deck and the sofa in the living room, enjoy an incredible sunset sitting out late at night. Walking distance to nice sandy beach for swimming and barbecue. Relax and unwind without WiFi and TV channels.

Sjöstugan

Sjöstugan is suitable both for those who are passing through (7 minutes from the E4) or if you can stay for a few days. Swim from the jetty or beach. Free access to an Eka boat, kayak, bicycles and barbecue grill (bring charcoal). Double bed, bunk bed and sofa bed. Do you need a baby bed and high chair? Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Peaceful idyll with proximity to animals and nature while it is easy to stop by from the proximity to the E4. Here you can do a sauna and take a swim in the river, shower in an outdoor shower that is heated by the sun. In the home, there is running water from the river and containers of fresh water.
