Huset är 130 kvm och har nytt kök och badrum med klinker, golvvärme och ljuvlig dusch. 4 vackra sovrum och rymligt allrum med braskamin. Uteplats med bord och stolar, grillplats med utsikt mot sjön samt studsmatta för barnen. Vid sjön vedeldad bastu att hyra samt roddbåt & grillplats ni kan använda. Lakan & handdukar kan hyras. Städning kan bokas.

Within 5-10 minutes is Rotsidan's beautiful rock formations reaching into the sea; Barsta and Bönhamn with restaurants and ferries to Högbonden; the Mannaminne museum, Gårdsbutiken, and a supermarket. The cabin has an electric stove, a big outdoor gas grill (muurikka), a fire pit and a trampoline for kids. The bathroom building features stunning bay-view too.

Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live in a cottage area. It is close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , fiber Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.
