We’re also a mere 10 minute drive from glorious Harlech beach and that’s before we mention zipworld, the steam railways etc! The area really does have something for everyone

Dating from 1762, this beautiful stone cottage is full of period features, beamed ceilings and a huge inglenook fireplace. Lovely rural hillside location in a courtyard setting, 2 miles from the main road along a country lane, but only 9 miles from Ruthin. Enjoy the lovely private garden, watch the birds or stargaze at night whilst sharing a bottle of wine in the 'Piggery'. Perfectly placed for all that North Wales has to offer. There is nowhere quite as magical as this: an historic, creaky cottage, at the end of a farmers track below Cader Idris. It's a back-in-time experience, with wooden beams and antique furniture, owned by the same family for over 60 years. Please read all the details carefully before you book. It’s a 300 year old cottage on the side of a mountain, space, fresh air and tranquillity. It's comfortable but nothing fancy. No TV or wifi, but a woodburner, books and massive views behind the cottage.
