The beds are divided into a 120 cm bed and 160 cm in sleeping loft, as well as an extra mattress. On the deck, you can sit under the umbrella and enjoy the city's pulse. The boat also works in winter and you can enjoy the wood stove.

Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en brygga och bjuder in till bad.
