Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Small apartment located right on the river with large terrace and beautiful garden not far from the Jagsttal cycle path. On scenic paths along the Jagst, you can explore the beautiful landscape. There is direct access to the Jagst, ideal for swimming, boating and paddle boarding. The cozy apartment has its own entrance with a wardrobe and an open living and sleeping room with beautiful views of the river and nature. The idyllic and quiet location invites you to relax.

Our 75 sqm apartment offers a balcony, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining area, a daylight bathroom with shower, tub and washing machine. Behind our house, nature extends with meadows, fields, horse paddocks and forest - ideal to completely unwind with us. Whether hiking, jogging, cycling or simply walking - experience wine with all your senses and in every season. Cyclists on the Kocher-Jagst cycle path are welcome to stay with us.

Spacious and quiet accommodation. Bathroom with shower in the bathtub and also a large bedroom with two single beds invite you to relax. The spacious living room with dining or work table includes a couch, which is used as a single bed or double bed for the 3rd and 4th person. That's why we're talking about 2 bedrooms. In the well-equipped kitchen, all the desirable is available. There you can prepare a small breakfast with the ingredients provided.

A quiet non-smoking apartment with separate entrance awaits you on the 2nd floor of the former distillery of the estate. Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. Located in the idyllic Friedrichsruhe next to the golf course. With a short distance to Öhringen and the Kochertal. The surroundings invite you to take small walks, e.g. to the best preserved piece of the Obergermanic-rätische Limes. Suitable for singles, couples, craftsmen, business travelers. The city of Öhringen with all shops is a 5-minute drive by car. The highway is 5 km away. After Heilbronn and Schwaebisch Hall, it is about 30 km.

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.
