Lägenheten ligger på andra våningen i stor villa, byggd år 1901. Stor trädgård med många olika rum! En fridfull oas!

Sleep well, wake up well rested. We make the bed for you and clean after you leave. 1-3 guests and pets are welcome in this room, in a separate building. You have your own toilet. But there is no shower. Just ask us and you can borrow the shower in our house. The room: 2 Beds and extra mattress if needed. Fridge Microwave oven. TV, cromecast. Kettle. We have chickens and a cat. Beautiful nature. 15 minutes by car to Lund city. 22 minutes to Malmö. Welcome :)

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation just 10 minutes from Lund and 20 minutes from Malmö. Here you live safely with proximity to pleasant walking paths and nature. The house has been recently renovated and is therefore in good condition with all amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. A completely private farm house with large private areas on the side and back of the house.

Perfect for a short stopover while visiting our student daughter. Space is compact, but very well organised and equipped. Excellent kitchen facilities - Inc lovely coffee! Very quiet and peaceful. Great bed, very comfy - good night's sleep.

Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Aufenthalt! Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie es beschrieben wurde und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist toll, denn wir konnten Schweden richtig gut erkunden. Der Check-in und auch der Check-out waren super easy. Das hat uns gut gefallen. Chris war zu jeder Zeit super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir durften nach Absprach sogar Wäsche waschen. Wir werden uns die Unterkunft für den nächsten Urlaub aufjedenfall merken.

Wat een heerlijk huis! Zo vredig, leuk ingericht en tot in de puntjes aangekleed en verzorgd. Je ziet aan alles de liefde voor dit huis van de eigenaren. Zo n huis zal je niet vaak meer treffen op air b&b. De tuin is goed en strak onderhouden. Net een droom. Overal in huis zijn zitjes. Ook de lokatie is goed. Wij houden van wandelen en op 5 minuten afstand heb je al een natuurpark waar je leuk kunt wandelen. (skrylle naturreservat) We zijn op een dag ook verder gereden naar een ander natuurgebied, geweldig mooi en meer avontuurlijk. (soderase s national park) Ook Malmö is leuk voor een dagje uit en makkelijk aan te rijden. Ik wilde nog echt niet naar huis maar nog veel langer blijven. wij raden dit huis absoluut aan. Laat je verrassen door dit mooie, leuk ingerichte en rustig gelegen huis. Bedankt voor dit onvergetelijke verblijf en leuke kennismaking met Zweden! lieve groet familie Struijk uit Nederland.

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Sehr zweckmäßig ausgestattet, ein Supermarkt in der Nähe, gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fantastic stay at the KZ - cosy clean private place, super host that deserves his title, fantastic and beautiful location if you like quiet and nature. The place is really unique and full of character, in the positive sense. Been to Lund several times, at different places, and will certainly look out for this one when I return.

Toppenfin mini-flat, trivsam och vänlig värd. Boendet har en privat och avskild känsla med nära tillgång till busshållplats som enkelt tog oss till centrum. Perfekt boende för vår vistelse när Lund är fullspäckat för examen från universitetet. Kommer gärna tillbaka. /Eva m familj från Jämtland
