Beachfront vacation rentals in Harbour Island

Thanks for letting us stay in the lovely one bedroom studio. Everything was clean and fresh. Just like the photographs. It was easy to communicate with June, she was super helpful. Responded within 4 hrs typically. The walk to Gaulding’s Cay beach is only 3 minutes from the cottage. The beach is gorgeous with crystal clear water in a lovely cove. We used the paddle boards a couple of times and went out to the big rock. Great swimming and super quiet. My husband wanted to fly fish, but no fish scene at this spot. I’d definitely recommend Daddy-Joes restaurant, Taco Tuesday. An easy walk from the cottage. Good food and more reasonable than other restaurants. Live music some evenings as well which was fun.

Watercolor was in a prime location close to groceries and the docks for boats. It had wonderful outside sitting areas and plenty of space and privacy for 3 couples. We had cleaning service half way through our visit which was very nice and unintrusive. Anytime we had a question we simply texted Pam and she responded very quickly. Instructions were great, wifi worked well and the beds were comfortable. The deck on top floor made for great star watching and you had a 360 view of the island. Absolutely beautiful. There was a rooster that we had to get used to crowing throughout the wee hours of the morning, but after the first couple of nights we got used to it. And he was a beautiful rooster with a spunky personality, so we adored him.

This property was absolutely amazing!!! An absolute hidden paradise. We spent all day on one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to and saw almost no one. Access to the property’s private lounge chairs and palapas was fantastic, and being able to grab a paddle board and cruise around the cove was lots of fun! June communicated very well and was incredibly helpful through the whole stay. We will absolutely be back!!

Great location. Very affordable for Harbor Island. Host was very responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Kathy’s place was truly breathtaking, exactly as advertised and exquisitely accommodated. The house was conveniently located just off a paved road 15 min from the airport and extremely close to many of the best beaches and attractions Eleuthera has to offer. Our family made priceless lifetime memories on this trip and Kathy’s house was a big part of that.

Michelle was a fantastic host. The place that was exactly is advertised. probably even better since there is a caretaker right on site. We've been coming to the island for 25 years. This is truly the best place we've ever stayed.We will book it again.Look forward to communicating with michelle.She's the best.

Originally the family home of the host, this lovely residence has been updated for easy, vacation-mode living. With a 5 min golf cart ride to the fantastic beach, a 10 min ride to all of the restaurants, shops and harbor, this location is ideal. Beds are comfy, showers are great water pressure and temp, and all living spaces are comfortable and welcoming. Host Sam was awesome, from local dining/shopping/activity recommendations to having a golf cart rental ready for us when we arrived, the best host we could have. Hope to return and hope to land there when we do!

Flamingo Cottage was exactly what I needed for a last minute short visit and Michelle was extremely accommodating and helpful in arranging everything and allowing me book on very short notice. The cottage has a very comfortable bedroom with a large closet and an additional sitting room with a mini fridge. The check in process was very smooth and Michelle was very responsive throughout my stay. The location is one of my favorites on the island, as it is a very quick drive (and also walkable) into the main part of town as well a short walk to the beach and Romora Bay. With many accommodations on the island becoming cost prohibitive and/or too large for solo traveler/couple, Flamingo Cottage is a delightful and manageable base to explore and enjoy all the amazing things the island has to offer. Michelle is great - very flexible, friendly and responsive host. I am very much looking forward to coming back for my longer stay at her other property in a few months!

Blue Moon was an absolutely amazing right on the Beach at Gaulding Cay Beach. There are no other rentals directly on the beach here. The water was amazing crystal clear just a few steps through the coconut tree. (Not many bugs) We used the SUP and double kayak one afternoon. And everyday we snorkeled the rock everyday. Hanging out listening to the water and coconut trees in a hammock was extremely relaxing. The house has loads of books and a great collection of art. Daddy Joes was just a short walk down the road. Gregory town is just a 4 minute ride in the car. We are looking forward to our next stay. I am dreaming about that beach and hammock!!

Probably my favorite Airbnb ever. A spacious, comfortable interior paired with a beautiful location made for the perfect stay. The location was ideal as it wasn’t too far from ELH and is close to Gregory Town where you get groceries and find more restaurants on top of Daddy Joe’s right across the street. The host was kind, responsive, and informative to the highest degree. We even received an Eleuthera calendar as a parting gift! When our flight home got cancelled due to inclement weather, we reached out to the host about staying one more night, to which Emily obliged at no extra cost. The hospitality we received was exemplary and true to the Bahamian way. We’ll definitely choose the Moonflower on our next trip to the Bahamas!

We had the most amazing time in Harbour Island. Iris and Samuel’s home was the perfect stay for our vacation. Iris always communicated promptly and was very helpful. We traveled with 2 kids and 4 adults. The master bedroom has a door to the shared bathroom and a private balcony with rooftop deck accesses. The second bedroom is very spacious as well. Both rooms have large closets. There’s plenty of space for luggages and to put away the clothes. The kids slept in the sleeper sofa in the tv room. There are plenty of linens and towels. Each room has ceiling fans and mini AC splits. The kitchen has a terrace for outdoor dining. The kitchen is equipped for cooking. The home had everything we needed for our stay. We rented 2 golf carts for Mike Cycle’s and the house had plenty of parking space. The home is located a short walk or golf cart drive from the beach. The restaurants are all in less than 10 minutes always. We cannot wait to return to the island!

We had a lovely stay at Tequila Sunrise. The snorkeling in front of the home was amazing. Both Rena and Wallace were very hospitable.
