25 West Upstairs is a 3 bedroom 2 bath beach house just over 1400 sq feet. This is a very spacious unit with easy access to all that WB has to offer! Great views of Banks Channel from the large front deck. A short walk to the ocean, Johnny Mercer's fishing pier, restaurants and watering holes. Bring your paddle boards (or rent nearby) for easy access to Banks Channel just at the end of the street. Need more space? The downstairs unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bath and available for bookings also.

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

We stayed at Ric and Chelsea’s place for a week and everything was great! House was wonderful and exactly what our family needed. Lots of things to do at the house and in a very walkable location. Ric was very communicative. All around great stay.

We fell in love with the South Harbor Island neighborhood!! Roy’s house was in the best location and really felt like a second home! The bed was super comfortable and we loved wine on the front porch. The oak-lined street made for perfect pre-dinner photos. We took the provided bikes and beach chairs to the beach twice - about a 5 minute ride and super easy. Our dog loved the neighborhood and fenced backyard. Per the host’s recommendation, we grabbed dinner in DT Wilmington at one of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. We rented for a long weekend - I think since we didn’t rent longer (like a week), the price per night was a little expensive for only 2 people but the house could definitely fit 4 more.

A modern kitchenette area is equipped with updated appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, and convection oven. A Murphy-style queen bed is tucked away, and a comfy chair sits across from a dining table. Natural light enhances the warm tones of the wood flooring.

Had a wonderful weekend staying at Lynne's place. We found it to be better than advertised. Would definitely stay there again when we get back to Wrightsville Beach. Very convenient to the beach, restaurants and Mayfaire.

I loved Megan's place. Very rarely am I extremely impressed, but I was with Megan's place. Megan's place was so adorably curated to fit the beach town vibe. In addition, everything was clean and so amazingly organized. Megan leaves a wall of maps for guests to enjoy, clear directions to everything, and even several copies of "Welcome to Wilmington" guide for guests to enjoy! Would 10 out of 10 recommend.
