Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Harare North

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly outstanding Airbnb (The Platinum Guest House) and I can confidently say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and completely at ease. The property was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped. It felt like a home away from home but with a touch of luxury. The space was also exactly as described in the listing, if not better. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the smart TV provided plenty of entertainment options. The outdoor space was the highlight, with a vey nice barbecue area and a cozy seating area and stunning views—a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink/coffee. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a top-notch stay, and I’ll definitely be booking again on my next trip to Zimbabwe. Thank you Annie you are a very good host. We stayed at Lloyds place for two weeks. I found it a very relaxing place to stay. The property is as good as it looks in the pictures and the rooms are all of a very good size. In particular we really liked the main bedroom, small lounge and the larger lounge/dining room is ideal for having guests. Lloyds staff are great and really helpful. we would book with Lloyd again. Lloyd was very flexible with our check in and check out times due to our flight times.

Absolutely loved our stay here. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Wellington and Wilson, who were the kindest and most attentive hosts always available, incredibly helpful, and genuinely caring. They made us feel completely at home. The house itself is full of charm and character, with a beautiful layout that instantly invites you to relax. It’s nestled in a peaceful part of Harare, with lovely grounds and a pool that quickly became a favourite for the kids. They had an absolute blast swimming every daysuch a highlight of the trip! Everything about our stay was comfortable and seamless, and it’s clear this is a home that’s been well-loved and thoughtfully cared for. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit to Zimbabwe. Thank you, Wellington and Wilson, for making our stay so special.

what a beautiful place to stay, amazing host, perfect location, luxurious, secure and homely. The house is very spacious, cozy and we enjoyed the refreshing pool and garden. The support staff were very helpful, friendly and we felt at home. We had a fantastic stay and this will be our second home each time we visit Harare. 10/10

Staying at Judi’s was a dream! The grounds are stunning, and I was even there in winter - I’m sure it’s even more beautiful in the summer. Judi was so welcoming and provided everything I needed, from extra water bottles to fresh fruit to a comfy robe! I had such a great stay.

We had a lovely stay, we felt at home. Host is very friendly and quick to help. My children felt really comfortable and secure. I definitely recommend and as I’ll be calling again in the future.

A wonderfully traditional place, in a brilliant location. The place was way beyond what I expected. Huge space with fantastic furniture. Gardens are tremendous and I couldn't recommend more for people to stay in this great place.

I enjoyed my 1 week stay at Kiersten's place. It was just as described and the location is perfect for venturing into the CBD or further out! There's always taxis available right outside which is such a great convenience. I loved the tasteful decor, it's very cosy and welcoming. Despite being afar, Kiersten was a great virtual host, always responding to my questions promptly despite the time difference and ensuring that there were people available to help :)

Peter was a great a hospitable host. Him and his wife welcome us with open arms. The property is in a prime location in Harare with banks and other services close by. It’s shame that it was cold all weekend and we weren’t able to use the pool much, but we took a dip on our last day and it was glorious. Thanks Peter.

Great place and host! I enjoyed my stay at this private, clean and safe place. Otis was a great host and quick to respond to any communication. Will definitely recommend this place if you are traveling for business or you need to get away but still be close to all the restaurants and shopping.

A lovely stay and an even better host!

A great place in a great location. We travelled as a family with an infant- ideal for families. All amenities present- running borehole water, solar power, kitchen essentials etc. Highly recommend this place.
