Walking distance to the beach about 650 m, distance to the train station about 700 m. The apartment has a parking space. The complex also includes a tennis court, bocce court, table tennis, as well as a children's play area. Near the complex there are all kinds of shopping (about 3 km to Neustadt), as well as restaurants.
