Wir bieten Ihnen eine modern eingerichtete lichdurchflutete 2-3-Zimmer-Dachgeschoss-(Maisonette)Wohnung mit besonderem Flair in ruhiger Wohnlage nur 15 Minuten fußläufig zum historischen Stadtkern von Celle. Der Blick geht über viel Grün. Unten im Garten blühen herrliche Duftrosen und Obstbäume. Dazwischen kann man unsere gemütlichen Hühner entdecken. Die geschützte Loggia hat von mittags bis abends Sonne und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Parken ist direkt vor dem Haus möglich (kostenlos).

Sunny loft with berry farmer

The upper floor of the half-timbered farmhouse at the foot of our mighty peace oak was converted into a spacious, sunny loft in 2014. The view from the balcony captures berry fields, rhododendron hedges and the village atmosphere in the Aller-Leine Valley. The apartment offers a lot of comfort. The bathroom and living area are particularly spacious. Ancient half-timbering was partially preserved and combined with modern elements. On the farmyard, there are more apartments.

The building is charmingly located directly on the edge of one of our former heathland sheep pastures. Our apartment is suitable for two/four adults and up to two children. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is lots of storage and there is a very bright lamp on the desk. There is a stereo. The flat is perfect for a weekend stay, fair guests or long-term guests. The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

The house and apartment is a former factory building and was gutted and completely rebuilt. The apartment shown here was first occupied six months ago. Everything is new. It consists of a large (area and height) kitchen/living area, a bedroom, an office with sleeping facilities, a bathroom, a utility room and a large terrace with a great view. The apartment is in the beautiful Linden Süd district.

The loft was created from former commercial premises. It is open plan and contains many details in the industrial style. Old bricks, polished and sealed concrete, wood from an old oak, old machine parts made of cast iron and many other unique things have helped make the loft a special place. The loft is quietly located in a courtyard. It is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible.
