The upper floor of the half-timbered farmhouse at the foot of our mighty peace oak was converted into a spacious, sunny loft in 2014. The view from the balcony captures berry fields, rhododendron hedges and the village atmosphere in the Aller-Leine Valley. The apartment offers a lot of comfort. The bathroom and living area are particularly spacious. Ancient half-timbering was partially preserved and combined with modern elements. On the farmyard, there are more apartments.

In this special loft, all important points of interest are very close by, especially the trade fair is nearby - so planning your stay is very easy. There is a free parking space directly in front of the accommodation, which is reserved for you as guests. The accommodation is extremely well equipped, there are plenty of hygiene products in the bathroom and the kitchen is also very well equipped.

The loft was created from former commercial premises. It is open plan and contains many details in the industrial style. Old bricks, polished and sealed concrete, wood from an old oak, old machine parts made of cast iron and many other unique things have helped make the loft a special place.
