1-room apartment in the basement of a beautiful detached house. Private entrance, private bathroom. Centrally located, but very quiet! Just a few steps to U-Bahn [subway] line 6. In 8 minutes you are in the city (Kröpke/train station). 15 minutes to Messe Ost. TiHo and MHH are also easily accessible. Approx. 2-minute walk to the IHK :) Good bakery and supermarket around the corner. Ceiling height 2.05 m. Total of about 25 square meters (with hallway and bathroom). Langenhagen/Kaltenweide near Hanover

We offer a room with its own kitchen and bathroom in Langenhagen/Kaltenweide. Hannover Airport is only 7 minutes away by car and we are happy to offer an airport transfer for a surcharge if it is convenient. The bus, which runs right outside the front door, takes you to the S-Bahn station in Kaltenweide in 5 minutes or within walking distance in 10 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn [suburban train] goes 25 minutes directly to the Laatzen/Hanover trade fair or in 17 minutes to the city of Hanover.

Studio167 is a tasteful studio apartment in the lively trendy district. With separate access, it is quietly located overlooking the green backyard and was completed in 2018. Tailored to a discerning trade fair guest and up to two city travelers, it offers a well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful storage space, double bed & a shower room. It is in the immediate vicinity of the university, the Herrenhausen Gardens and a 3-minute walk to the U6, which takes you to the fair without changing trains.

Your oasis in the middle of Hanover

You are within walking distance of the main train station, the gateway to the city. Almost at the doorstep is the popular Lister Meile with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops. At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. Of course, sleeping comfort is especially important. That's why we value good mattresses and also offer neck pillows.

Attic apartment completed in August 2021 with a quiet location in the center of the village. The living area is open plan and offers a view into the gable. The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Cottage Wilkenburg

Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

Beautiful comfortable apartment in historic house

The 1-room apartment is on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, triple-glazed windows, HD TV incl. Fire TV and much more provide a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is a bit cramped and more suitable for a short stay. The apartment is ideal, for example, for 2 adults with 1 to 2 children. A baby or child travel cot, as well as 1 or 2 high chairs, can be provided for a small fee (€ 10 per stay).

Studio close to MHH, trade fair and city center

In the extension of our house, which was formerly used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Next to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-high partition is the double bed directly at the large window.

I would like to offer my modernly furnished, newly renovated 1-room apartment with a sunny balcony in the south of Hanover to travelers who have already discovered Hanover for themselves or would like to discover it. My apartment is also great for business travelers - for example, the NDR is only 5 minutes away, the trade fair 15 minutes away. Since the apartment including kitchen is fully equipped, it is suitable for short as well as long stays.

Rustic, romantic mini house for two people. Unique lake view from bed, right on the water, with sauna, surrounded by greenery. The house is part of a small tiny house vacation resort (five houses). The other cottages can also be booked through Airbnb. The house is easily accessible by train, Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk.
