Approx. 2-minute walk to the IHK :) Good bakery and supermarket around the corner. Ceiling height 2.05 m. Total of about 25 square meters (with hallway and bathroom). You are within walking distance of the main train station, the gateway to the city. Almost at the doorstep is the popular Lister Meile with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops. At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. Of course, sleeping comfort is especially important. That's why we value good mattresses and also offer neck pillows.

The house is about 45 m² and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m), a living room with a dining table and a futon sofa bed (1.40 m). From the living room, you can reach the sleeping loft (1.40 m) via a ladder. Both rooms are connected via both the kitchen and the bathroom.

The 1-room apartment is on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, triple-glazed windows, HD TV incl. Fire TV and much more provide a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is a bit cramped and more suitable for a short stay. The apartment is ideal, for example, for 2 adults with 1 to 2 children. A baby or child travel cot, as well as 1 or 2 high chairs, can be provided for a small fee (€ 10 per stay).

In the extension of our house, which was formerly used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Next to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-high partition is the double bed directly at the large window.
