Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Hanover Parish

This was a great place to stay if you want a real Jamaican experience at a Bed and Breakfast! I felt safe and accommodated during our stay. It is a small space with an outdoor shower, but that made the authentic experience even better. The pool and space by the water/ cliffs were beautiful and perfect to get away from everything else. Richie was very kind and made us breakfast. He also helped fix our rental car’s dented hub cap from all the pot holes driving from Montego Bay airport. It does take about 25 minutes to get to restaurants in Negril but we had a taxi driver and he was fabulous. Rockhouse was amazing. Blue Mineral Hole is a must!! Great times all around. Richie’s mom who greeted us the first day was also so kind as well as everyone else on the property. Would recommend!

Cheri and Jah B are very helpful and friendly. They are the most thoughtful, gracious host I’ve met. They provided me with all the information I needed and showed me around for a reasonable fee. The house is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Just to name a few of the things they helped me experience: zipped lining, tubing, Negril/snorkeling, Margaritaville, Rasta-village, farming and much more I have to mention Jah B is a great chef- the CALLALOO & the SIP/soup(mix vegetables & butter squash/pumpkin) are my favorites. Cheri is one of the most cheerfu & heartwarming person that I’ve known. She’ll keep u entertaining with her ITAL story... she’s a ⭐️ I can’t wait to go back

Nous avons passé 4 jours chez Richie et Ben dans ce petit coin de paradis. Très typique de la Jamaïque du sud, idéal pour se reposer. Un peu loin de Negril, et avec des routes peu praticables les déplacements se sont avérés un peu compliqués, mais le charme de la piscine et la gentillesse de Richie et de son équipe nous ont fait oublié tout cela. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés

It was great seeing you and Jah B again. Wish I could stay longer but I got to get to a wedding. Jamaica feels like where I should be living. The beaches and ocean make me feel healthier. The cultural vibes and sunshine fill me with energy. The people are friendly and fun to be with. Your place gives me the space I need and the conveniences are right down the street, especially the rum raisin ice cream! Be sure, I will “soon come” back and stay longer.

Ok so I found this place on airbnb two years ago and I have been trying to get a group to go and rent the whole house to no avail. So on a last minute decision I booked a trip for myself. The house is even nicer than the photos if that's possible. complete privacy. There isn't even loud music until 2 am like most of Jamaica. The water front is so peaceful. Pool is perfect. ocean is refreshing. hammocks on 3rd floor are the perfect night chill spot. The property is lush and tropical. I recommend Blue Hole mineral springs, Negril for a day, and YS falls is you can make it. And stop at border jerks to get a whole chicken for your first meal. You wont regret it. And my whole stay was made possible Thanks to Richie. Richie is that friend you have known forever. He knows the town the people and everything. He is fun, always positive and a extremely hard worker. He was always doing something to the property unless i hired him to take me on an adventure. Tip this man well. 5 STARS.

We stayed at Ruby's home for 6 days. The ambiance is very relaxing.Her home is very clean, the view from the bedroom and porch is spectacular. In the mornings you are awakened by the aroma of her delicious meals. Nestle in the hills of Montego Bay you watch the Ships in Port you watch the sun set from your room truly a beautiful home to stay the rate is good.Children enjoyed their stay at Ruby's place,,

it was amazing, I want to thank them both for being so welcoming... I felt like I was in my Grannies house, brought so many memories... Corral Cottage is such a wonderful place - secluded enough to really get you away from it all while still close enough to larger towns like Negril to get groceries or anything you might need. Richie and the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home. They cooked us great meals, were extremely helpful and went out of their way to meet our needs. Richie is a great guide to local attractions or if you just need recommendations. He's even willing to drive you places, or go out with you on excursions. He took us to a music venue in Negril and we had a blast. We highly recommend going to the bat cave, natural spring and Bob Marley property with him. There is a sand beach close by with great snorkeling as well as snorkeling right off the property. While the ocean was wonderful so was the seaside pool and lounge chairs. We really loved it here and want to come back with family!

Great place next to MBJ airport! There is a taxi that is on the property that charges $10-$20 USD to the airport depending on the time of day which was great. Freshly prepared meals were a lovely touch with friendly staff to top it off. The pool was very clean, no leaves or bugs. Rooms were also very clean, A/C was powerful which we found useful on a hot day. You can watch the sunrise/sunset and planes take off from the veranda!

Jungle setting provides cool canopy and chill vibe in Jamaica’s steamy West End. Close enough to Rick’s and 7-mile to take advantage of action, far enough away to relax in a quiet setting. Most rooms are modest and sound travels easily between, but furnishings are lovely and guests are wonderful so we didn’t mind. The Great House and Sea Grape Cottage may be worth the splurge. They offer much more privacy and are absolutely gorgeous. The screened porches are to die for. The Pavillion is also beautiful. We did yoga and meditated in there every morning before breakfast. It’s be great for a yoga retreat! Sitting at the pool feels like visiting Greece. Smart design that works with nature perfectly. Most days you can climb into the ocean via ladder. Kevin is on duty to keep you safe and introduce you to fish tucked into the coral. You may want to bring snorkel gear. There’s a fab deck by the pool or you can sit at an elevated beach about 15 yards back from the cliff. Perfect retreat location for solo travelers, families, friends, or couples. Staff feels like family by day two. Guests are diverse. We made fast friends with everyone thanks to long, lazy breakfasts in the outdoor dining room. Delicious made-to-order breakfast is included, some food sourced from trees on property. Maria and Sophia are an attentive and talented cook/service team. We ordered dinner one night and shared with another couple staying in the room next to us. It was fabulous. We visited Zimbali Farm one night. It was delightful farm to table dinner with music, farm tour, and cooking show. They serve very little not grown on site. I’d recommend asking Maria to have a scooter delivered to the property. She gets the best deals. Just watch out for potholes. We cliff jumped at Ricks in the morning when it was quiet—ask Spider if he’ll dive for you. Then we scooted to Sun Beach on 7-mile—across from Best in the West. Awesomely chill spot. Incredibly friendly staff. We are seasoned international travelers and enjoy everything from rustic campsites to 5-star hotels. There was a lot we appreciated about Tingalaya’s and would definitely come back. Parting advice: Haggle for everything. Buy sunscreen at home. If you have white skin you’ll pay more—just surrender to it. Negotiate price before you get in taxi. Bring snacks and fruit—there’s a fridge you can use and it’s nice to munch and play games or sit at the pool. Enjoy!

I enjoyed my stay here very much! I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in, until when I left. The food and drinks were tasty as well! This is a great place to stay if you want to breakup travel from landing in MBJ then going to other parts of the island. Thank you so much for your hospitality - I will certainly be back.

This was my third time staying here, and as always, it was a great experience. The place is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly hospitable, making sure everything is just right for a comfortable stay. The best part is the close proximity to the airport—just a short walk away, which makes traveling so convenient. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Faith's home for 2 weeks while on business in Sav-la-mar. She and Densel were warm, welcoming and helpful and they made me feel comfortable in their home, while respecting my personal space. My accommodation included a private bedroom with ensuite bathroom with all the necessary amenities, as well as a shared kitchen with a refrigerator allocated for guests, which Faith kept stocked with an assortment of fruits. The space was exactly as described in the listing- it was clean, spacious and comfortable. the home is located in a lovely residential neighborhood with close proximity to the town center of Sav-la-mar by car. I would absolutely stay at Faith's Airbnb again.
