Such a peaceful and beautiful spot with amazing views of Montego Bay. The scenery is even more impressive in person than in the photos. The view from the entry will get you everytime! It was super quiet and felt really private, which made it easy to unwind. Ms. Dee was great, easy to reach and super helpful during the stay. Her staff was also on top of things. Definitely a place I’d come back to and would recommend to anyone heading to the area.

Our time at the accommodation was wonderful. Everything looks exactly as it does in the pictures, and we immediately felt at home. Shortly after booking, we received a lot of useful information from Santana, both about activities and organizational matters. Santana was also always available during our stay to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed our time to the fullest and didn't want to return to Germany. We hope to be able to return soon! A big thank you again to Santana and Mr. Morris! 😊

Feeling so sad - miss ourJamaica home (for past week anyway!) and new friends!Mr. Ralph, TU 4 sharing shimmering h2os and providing my fam such a magical week! You have a beautiful home in a peaceful, idyllic setting. Your team was a major reason we had such an incredible vacay. Miss Smith was so warm, informative, went way out of her way w special extras (tu 4 laundry service). She and Chef Derlisha made my husband feel so special on his bday with decorations, balloons, hbd song and yummy dinner/cake/candle! (gained 5 lbs from Chef D’s cooking) Chef D was so sweet, loved seeing her each am. Chef Amera - divine lobster/steak dinner. Loved all our breakfasts, Esp floating. Mr.Blake - a fantastic tour guide, driver, Jamaica historian, photographer, concierge! His recos for eats (pier 1, hboat), tours (Marley, boat),shopping, lunch (pork pit!) - we loved him! felt so very well taken care of. One issue - we didn’t realize was paying cash & atms daily max was not enuf! Our bad - not yours!

Nadine's place was centrally located for my visit. It was clean and accommodating. Based on timing of visit after Beryl there was nothing missing as in electricity,water and Internet which was really good. Host was very reactive and accessible. Property came with cleaning services. She was a pleasure to meet.

First I must say thanks to Mr Vinroy and his co-host Miss Kam! They both went above and beyond our expectations! Everything about this place was top tier, from the communation, to meeting our needs with any little thing, we wanted or asked for, they were there and made it happen for us. I loved this place we felt totally safe due to 24/7 security! the location is really calm and peaceful, and so beautiful day and night! the pools were top tier, we actually did a floating basket 🧺 there it was so beautiful! The place was exactly like the picture no false hope I'm telling you the 100% truth!!!! very well kept and clean, best Airbnb in (Reading MoBay) right now. Don't hesitate book! you won't regret it. the location isn't too far away, plus they provide everything you need whether it's transportation or just a spa day, etc. Thank you again Mr Vinroy for making my birthday one memorable one ! This place was Amazing,very clean spacious super comfortable and easy access to get around town.I enjoyed my stay there the host was very nice and communicated very well..Definitely stay there again home away from home..So peaceful,quiet and just very relaxing...

I have just come back from Jamaica and all I can say is wow. The apartment was perfect and I felt like I was home from home. The host Stephen was excellent so friendly and helped with suggestion for things to do, also introduced me to neighbours in case I needed anything. I would highly recommend this place and cannot wait to return.

Halina place was absolutely breath taking from the very moment u step foot at the door everything that was described in the description looks the same, from the spacious place to the cleanliness of it and let’s not talk about the view that we woke up to every morning is very amazing. Halina is also a quick responder to any question that we had and in all this was a great stay and we will definitely be coming back .

My stay at the penthouse in Jamaica was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. The property itself was stunning spacious, clean, and well-decorated, with breathtaking views that made every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The amenities were top-tier, comfy beds, great air conditioning, and a rooftop area that felt like our own private oasis. Whether we were relaxing indoors or enjoying the outdoor space, we always felt at ease and well taken care of. What really stood out was the staff’s attention to detail and responsiveness. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always just a message away. Still, I would absolutely return and highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious and peaceful stay in Jamaica. THANK YOU GUYS for an unforgettable experience!

The complex is beautiful and very idyllic. if you (like us) book in the low season, you have to keep in mind that no restaurant or shop is open directly on the remote grounds - you always have to take a taxi to the next village or to Negril (about 20-30 min. drive). Taxi driver was recommended to us on the first day and we always drove with him (Carl was easy and very accessible) - totally likeable and very uncomplicated man btw 😊👌 Private beach and pool clean and very nice. Room as described.

Absolutely Perfect Stay! We had an amazing stay at Coastal Cottage! The home is beautifully designed with so much attention to detail—everything you could possibly need is provided. It’s stylishly furnished, exceptionally clean, and in a fantastic location in Montego Bay. The bed and sofa were high-quality and comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, and the kitchen was well-stocked. The massive smart TV, good fans, and air conditioning unit made our stay even more comfortable. Ela was super quick to respond, friendly, and very accommodating. The home was easy to find and in a safe area. We couldn’t have asked for a better place—100% recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jacqueline’s place was just as described. Clean and well kept I felt right at home. It is at great location and has beautiful views. She was very responsive whenever a question was asked. I would definitely stay again.

I had such a wonderful stay at this BnB. The space was cozy, clean, and super comfortable—everything I needed for a relaxing trip. What made the experience even better was the amazing host. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, bringing up refreshments and even games for us to enjoy during our stay. Her hospitality was unmatched—always checking in to make sure we were okay and offering help whenever we needed it. You can really tell she cares about her guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jamaica! :)

Amazing stay! The owners were super helpful and responsive, they organized a great trip without us even asking for it! Also, it’s a gated community so as two girls traveling on our own we felt really safe there. Getting to the centre and other touristic attractions was just a few min ride. If you’re coming to Montego Bay that’s the place to stay! :)

My husband and I visited to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and I can say we didn't want to leave. From the beginning, middle and end of our trip we were accommodated by our host. The host was able to assist us in arranging just about everything we needed while staying. The condo is beautiful and very much a home away from home. I will be back.

Dawn was an excellent and responsive host. The space was beautiful and the area very peaceful with a beautiful view. The kitchen was fully equipped and the pool on the property was perfect for just cooling down. The Hip Strip, Montego bay and restaurants are a quick 20 minutes drive away. We highly recommend Dawn's place and look forward to visiting again!

Photos don’t do this place justice, it is truly breathtaking in person, and the staff is amazing. The location is secluded, peaceful, and serene. Inside the unit is extremely clean and comfortable, and has everything you need. Definitely a 10 out of 10 if you’re looking for a low key vibe to relax, but still very much luxurious and feels like a home away from home.

My new home away from home Perfection is the best word I can find for my stay. Collen was responsive, helpful and very friendly. Steve was very resourceful for finding things for me to do that was perfect for me. It was convenient that Steve was close by for anytime I was ready to go out. The air b and b was beautifully decorated and felt like home. I also hired a chef who Steve recommended and I had an authentic Jamaican breakfast that was delicious . You get more than what you pay for. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here ! I loved it so much I booked again !

My family and I were super comfortable and I won’t lie, we can be picky when it comes to cleanliness. I sat on the couches, lay on the sheets and used the towels with no reservations. There was plenty of space for 4 people to spread out and enjoy themselves. The area was so peaceful and we felt safe. Our hosts checked on us and made recommendations that worked very well. The private beach was walkable and really pretty. We made it to everything we wanted to see and all the local beaches and each ride was like $5 U.S. and we never waited long for a driver because the area was near enough to most attractions. Would definitely stay again!

From our arrival to departure we throughly enjoyed our stay at Serene's beautiful and most suitable apartment. The gated complex is located 10 minutes from the airport by car and well maintained and quiet. The area includes high end hotels and gated complexes. No Police in sight just nice, peaceful and safe. The facilities are excellent including the infinity pool overlooking the marina. Now the beach is a short stroll away and as residents you're allowed to enjoy the quiet, private, secluded, crystal clear, warm water, white sandy beach. No sellers, a friendly security guard a few meters away. The beach gently slopes into the amazing sea and it's quite frankly a piece of paradise. The apartment, well where do I start. You never quite know what to expect, but the photos don't do it justice. It's lovely, a home from home. Comfortable with every listing in excellent condition and working order. Its special, we loved it, you will too. Book it if it's available you will not regret it.
