Archipelago cottage with sea view, private swimming area, jetty, terrace, barbecue area. Stairs down. The accommodation is in our guest house with toilet and shower, large terrace and close to forest and fishing. The location is quiet with forest walks around the corner. Four people live in the cottage and two people living in an annexe. In the annex, toilet and kitchenette, four-legged friend stay, but only there, with allergy- consideration for other guests. In the evenings, you can "cozy up" in front of the fireplace. Wifi available. No TV. Enjoy the benefits of sunsets over the water from the terraces!

Fantastic archipelago accommodation!

This unique, amazing house is built in the 18th century but has been renovated extensively over the years where old charm meets new. The house is state-of-the-art with good facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property totaling 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and lots of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea tavern.

Unique timber cabin from 1968 at a nice height among pines and proximity to lake and sea. Perfect for a weekend relaxation if you want to get away from the big city. Simple but charming standard. Living room with dining area and sofa bed, kitchenette, two bedrooms (160 +110bed+ upper bed). Bathroom, (toilet & shower) is accessed by a door from the balcony. In the middle of Utö with walking distance to beaches and amazing nature is this little gem. Perfect for those who want a quiet place to stay in the middle of nature. The house is perfect for two people. The minimum booking is two days. Just a few minutes walk to the sea. Several excellent hiking trails are on Utö. A map is located in the house. A great little restaurant is within walking distance. The "Samhället" Gruvan is about 4 km away, where most restaurants, a grocery store, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga pier.

Close to nature cottage – only 100 meters to the lake!

Cozy little cabin in simpler standard with lake view – only about 100 meters to the small boat jetty with swimming opportunities in the lake 'Orlången'. The cottage has two patios and free parking space for two cars. About 22 minutes by car from central Stockholm, you will find Vidja, which offers a hard-to-beat calm with birdsong, swimming lakes and nature reserves around the area. Note: Road conversions are in progress throughout the nearby area. Construction traffic may occur during daytime Monday-Friday (7:00 am - 4:00 pm)

Sea and forest adventure - neighbor to nature reserve

Find peace and meet the adventure in this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours from Stockholm City. The house breathes love to nature and is set on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago that mostly consists of nature reserves. There are no cars or noises here but only wild berries and wild life. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to wood oven, wood-fired sauna, barbecue, turntable, craft workshop, 2 Sea kayaks (K1) and 4 Bikes (Everything is included in the rental).

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new black house next door. Possible with up to 7 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 5 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Lillgården, Rural idyll with the primeval forest right around the corner

Just 20 km from the million-plus city of Stockholm, you can live and experience a centuries-old rural idyll with a farm and free-range animals. Here is also the entrance to the National Park with unique nature and very old forest, silence and glittering forest lakes. Here you will live comfortably in one of the historic buildings from the early 1700s, with kitchen and bathroom. Here you can stay if you intend to visit Tyresta village and/or the national park and nature reserve.

The house is ok for 4 people in 2 smaller bedrooms and a summer kitchen/orangery. The house is located below the main house which is occasionally used by ourselves or sometimes also rented out separately. 4WD car is recommended.
