Rådjursbacken is a complete cottage located in a quiet area in the middle of the island, close to Spränga Brygga. The cottage has two floors. On the lower floor is the living room with TV, fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher, toilet with shower and washing machine. Large terrace to the west with a glimpse of the sea. On the terrace there is a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds in each room. Cot, high chair available. A limited number of bicycles are available to rent. A jetty is available, but please let us know beforehand if you wish to borrow it.

In the middle of Utö with walking distance to beaches and fantastic nature is this little gem. Perfect for those who want to be quiet and stay in the middle of nature. The house is perfect for two people but works with, for example, 2 adults and 2 children. Just a few minutes' walk to the sea. Several excellent hiking trails are available on Utö. A map is located in the house. The "community" of Gruvan is about 4 km away where most restaurants, grocery stores, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga brygga. To consider. Unique log cabin from 1968 at a nice height among pines and proximity to lake and sea. Perfect for a weekend's relaxation if you want to get away from the big city. Simple but charming standard. Large cottage with dining area and sofa bed, kitchenette, two bedrooms (160+110 bed + extra bed). Bathroom (separate) is accessed via door from the balcony. Enjoy walking in the beautiful environment, go swimming or just relax on the balcony. Grill, play records or light a fire in the stove during cooler days. Proximity to the bus stop. Welcome!

The cottage has two patios and parking space for two cars. About 22 minutes by car from central Stockholm, you will find Vidja, which offers a hard-to-beat calm with birdsong, swimming lakes and nature reserves around the area. Note: Road conversions are in progress throughout the nearby area. Noise may occur during daytime Monday-Friday (7am-4pm)

Sea and forest adventure - neighbor to nature reserve

Find peace and adventure in this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours from Stockholm City. The house breathes love for nature and is located on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago, which mostly consists of nature reserves. There are no cars or noise, just wild berries and wild animals. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to wood-burning stove, wood-fired sauna, 2 Sea Kayaks (K1) and 2 Mountain Bikes (All included in the rental).

Next to the sea, there is a newly built charming house designed by an architect, with own access to a new sauna house! The house is located on Smådalarö in the Stockholm archipelago! The house has a southwest location. This means that you will have direct sunlight for most of the day and evening in the summer. Enjoy the sea view while you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a few steps away from taking a dip in the sea! The house also has a fireplace with large windows facing the water!

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

The house is located on our property. Private parking is available and a small porch with table and chairs in summer. Sleeping loft and sofa bed. Table with space for 4 people. With its proximity to both forest, lake and sea, this small house is a perfect starting point for hiking, biking, climbing and paddling. By bus, you can easily get to Stockholm.
