The accommodation is in our guest house with toilet and shower, large terrace and close to forest and fishing. The location is quiet with forest walks around the corner. Four people live in the cottage and two people living in an annexe. In the annex, toilet and kitchenette, four-legged friend stay, but only there, with allergy- consideration for other guests. In the evenings, you can "cozy up" in front of the fireplace. Wifi available. No TV. Enjoy the benefits of sunsets over the water from the terraces!

Hallontorpet

In the middle of Utö with walking distance to beaches and fantastic nature is this little gem. Perfect for those who want to be quiet and stay in the middle of nature. The house is perfect for two people but works with, for example, 2 adults and 2 children. Just a few minutes' walk to the sea. Several excellent hiking trails are available on Utö. A map is located in the house. The "community" of Gruvan is about 4 km away where most restaurants, grocery stores, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga brygga. To consider. Cozy little cabin in simpler standard with lake view – only about 100 meters to the small boat jetty with swimming opportunities in the lake 'Orlången'. The cottage has two patios and free parking space for two cars. About 22 minutes by car from central Stockholm, you will find Vidja, which offers a hard-to-beat calm with birdsong, swimming lakes and nature reserves around the area. Note: Road conversions are in progress throughout the nearby area. Construction traffic may occur during daytime Monday-Friday (7:00 am - 4:00 pm)

Sea and forest adventure - neighbor to nature reserve

Find peace and meet the adventure in this newly built wooden house about 1.5 hours from Stockholm City. The house exudes a love of nature and is located on a quiet island in the Stockholm Archipelago, which is mostly made up of nature reserves. There are no cars or noises here but only wild berries and wild life. Close to the sea, your own jetty (see picture) is about 100 meters from the house. Access to a wood-burning stove, wood-fired sauna, 2 sea kayaks (K1), and 4 bicycles (all included in the rental price).

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new black house next door. Possible with up to 7 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 5 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

Lillgården, Rural idyll with the primeval forest right around the corner

Just 20 km from the million-plus city of Stockholm, you can live and experience a centuries-old rural idyll with a farm and free-range animals. Here is also the entrance to the National Park with unique nature and very old forest, silence and glittering forest lakes. Here you will live comfortably in one of the historic buildings from the early 1700s, with kitchen and bathroom. Here you can stay if you intend to visit Tyresta village and/or the national park and nature reserve.

Close to the bus stop, to the direct bus to the city. Nicely decorated for the Christmas period with a real Christmas tree inside.
