A great place to get away. The boys enjoyed being able to walk right down to the river to go trout fishing. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch reading a book. The weather was not as nice as what we would have liked but plenty of board games to keep everyone busy and off their phones. Hearing the rain on the tin roof porch was so peaceful. Look forward to try to come back and stay in the place closer to the river they have just built. This was a quick trip, we did not even try the hot tub!

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful, rustic getaway! The space was full of charm and character, perfectly blending comfort with a cozy, tucked-away vibe. Even though it was close to a main road for convenience, it felt completely private within its small, peaceful community. One of our favorite features was how dog-friendly the property was—our pups loved the access to the water and we appreciated the fenced in yard. It was also great to discover so many nearby dog-friendly restaurants and hiking trails, which made our days out easy and fun. The thoughtful amenities throughout the home really elevated our stay and made everything more comfortable and relaxing. We’d absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, charming escape—especially if you’re traveling with a furry friend!

This little cabin was in a gorgeous location! Right next to the snow tubing and not far from grandfather mountain! The views from the hot tub were amazing! Brought our two dogs and they loved it! The patio with the hot tub was fenced in so the dogs were able to hang with us while we were relaxing in the hot tub! Definitely would recommend and plan to come back!

If I was someone on the fence about staying here, I would absolutely stay here! It was beautiful, very clean, well taken care of and very relaxing! It was the best way to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and we will certainly be back! The price was very reasonable for 2 nights in a beautiful relaxing cabin too! We were able to bring our puppy which made it even better! Firefly cabin is a must stay!

This is a 5 star review only because there’s not an option for more stars. This place is incredible. The cabin has spectacular views of nature. Everything in the cabin is simple and beautiful. Jessica has thought of everything from welcome card and wine to robes and shoes for the hot tub. The cabin is a short drive to Asheville but don’t miss out on what Weaverville has to offer. Lots of local spots with great food and vibes. Our three day stay was absolutely amazing and we did not want to leave. Cannot recommend this place enough! We hope to visit again!

Cabin was found as described. Enjoyed the hot showers and comfortable bed (king). Unfortunately we had a rainy weekend stay, and wished that the hot tub was under an attached awning to keep the towels dry. Other than that we appreciated the thoughtful touches in the cabin, quiet neighborhood, the deer out back in the mornings, as well as the robin that knocked on sliding glass door for attention. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

Can’t say enough about this place. Everything was as described. Clean, nicely decorated and private. Lots of things to do around the area and if you just wanted to stick to the cabin. There wasn’t once where we thought “you know if would be nice if we had a” or “I need a”… and we opened a cabinet or drawer and there was what we needed. Made it very much like a home and not an Airbnb. Thank you. We will be back.

Our family had the absolute best experience staying at Debbie’s incredible cabin this past weekend! We gathered to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday with kids and grandkids, and we truly could not have pulled off such a memorable and successful weekend without this amazing home. The cabin itself is breathtaking — spacious with three floors to spread out, a pool table that kept everyone entertained, tons of board games for family time, and a hot tub overlooking one of the most stunning mountain ranges we've ever seen. Being the very last house at the end of a mountain road made it feel incredibly private and peaceful — exactly the atmosphere we were hoping for. That kind of seclusion is rare and made all the difference. Everything in the house was in perfect working order — you can tell Debbie takes great care of the property. From start to finish, her communication was fantastic. She was responsive, thoughtful, and quick to take action on anything we needed. 1 MILLION STARS!!!!!!

Tranquil beautiful setting. We enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to a babbling Creek and enjoying the cool fresh Mountain Air. Enjoyed a stroll by the pond and watched the frogs and a chipmunks frolic. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Nicely furnished with comfortable seating and kitchen at all the needed amenities. Will definitely return again soon.

Super clean, great location, very peaceful! Such a beautiful place to stay if you are looking to get away from. Situated great for hiking and exploring local towns. Lance was very friendly, tagged along everywhere with us and was very interested in the dogs!

We stayed at this location for 3 nights with a family of 6 (4 adults and 2 young kids). The moment we checked in, we fell in love with the place that was private surrounded by the nature. The sound of the nature and creek was so peaceful throughout our stay. The host went Extra mile and provided access to Internet, DVDs, a lot of games to keep us entertained. We took an advantage of the trail on the property and it was totally worth it. The host really helped us recommend some places near by to visit which was very helpful. The picture doesn’t do the justice of this great property. We’d be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful retreat while attending our daughter's wedding in Boone. The home is beautifully furnished, cozy, and perfectly located with easy access to both Boone and Blowing Rock. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi and spending time on the spacious outdoor decks — perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The host thought of everything, and the property felt like a true home away from home. We can't wait to come back again!

We loved our stay at this peaceful, rustic cabin! It was exactly as described—cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing. The host was responsive and thoughtful, checking in after a storm and helping quickly with a keypad issue. Cooking breakfast in the cast-iron skillet was a highlight. We'd definitely stay again!

This place was amazing and exactly what I was looking for! A quiet private place to get away to for a few days. Can’t recommend it highly enough and I’m sure either of Ed’s other 2 cabins would be the same! Thanks so much Ed! 10/10

Such a serene location & beautiful home. We sadly didn't see any of the animals during our short stay, but our pup had a blast and just kept wanting to go outside which was very cute. The bed was super comfortable and the bath is just as inviting in person as in the photos (also sadly didn't get to use that!!) Only issue was we almost didn't make it up the hill in our Prius with the ground being wet. My husband backed up to get a better head start and we made it lol If you aren't a confident driver and don't have AWD or a 4x4 you might have issues. If you're looking for a peaceful hilltop getaway this is a great choice, I would have been happy just chilling there for a week!

We absolutely LOVED the Hideaway! It was the perfect escape for our 7th Anniversary! Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. Brandi and Justin have done a beautiful job thinking of all the details. We cooked dinner on Saturday night and had all the utensils and pans we needed. This is the perfect quiet cabin for anyone who is in need of a restful weekend away. I was hesitant about no air conditioning at first, but it worked out well with the windows open and the fans going. There was plenty of circulation throughout the home. In the morning we enjoyed waking up to the birds chirping. We will definitely be planning a trip back! Thank you Brandi for everything!

Anthony’s airbnb was our favorite Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. It felt even nicer than the photos and was the cleanest airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The space is incredibly well laid out and the decorations take it to a whole other level. We needed a peaceful getaway and this place well exceed our expectations! We hope to return one day!

Nick went above and beyond to make our time at the cabin as special as possible. He allowed us to use the space for my sister’s tiny, family-only wedding and it was perfect! The views are absolutely gorgeous up there. Nick communicated thoroughly, answered any questions, and went out of his way to add special details, like a full length mirror for the bride’s getting ready room. We’re super grateful for all of his help and couldn’t recommend more his cabin for a peaceful stay with beautiful views.

The house was fantastic. It was perfect my family, including my mother and two young kids (Ages 3 & 5). The patio was exactly what I wanted, a view of the mountains, peaceful mornings with coffee. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedding was super clean and comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again! I also loved that otter. Falls was so close to the house, the family went hiking one day. And grandfather vineyard was also very convenient another great plus for the kids with the river and rocks to play in.

This was by far the most beautiful place we have ever been too. The views are of epic proportions the cabin was clean and comfortable. We didnt want to leave. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet getaway there is none better. The location is a good distance from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg or pigeon forge but thats what we were looking for, for our honeymoon. Suba's is excellent dining if looking for a wonderful meal.

The cabin is even more beautiful than the photos convey. Very private and peaceful. Well stocked coffee / tea bar. Well stocked bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. An absolutely gorgeous place to get away and unwind.

My son and I traveled to Boone for a football camp and this was the perfect place to stay. Maritza was very responsive. The accommodations are just as described. The setting is very beautiful and peaceful. We loved watching the farm animals outside our window. The place is very clean and the beds are comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. I highly recommend it.

What a lovely location! Unfortunately, we did not get to complete our stay due to severe inclement weather, however, we did stay one night, and we could not have asked for a more proactive and responsive host. He was always available with questions and concerns, and, the cabin itself was exactly as described and absolutely lovely. It was squeaky clean and had all things needed for a beautiful weekend away. Unfortunately, ours didn't pan out that way, but I would definitely revisit and Ron is one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of communicating with.
