미딩 지역에서 걸어다니기 수월합니다. 바로 앞이 공터이긴 하지만 시끄럽지 않습니다. 미딩이 한인타운이라면 길 건너편인 이곳은 로컬느낌이 조금 더 있습니다. 필요한 것은 다 있습니다. 침대도 깨끗했고 주방도구들도 모두 잘 갖춰져있었습니다. 냉방도 잘 되었습니다. 럭셔리하지는 않았지만 가격대비 완벽했습니다. 감사합니다.

The apartment was fantastic. Everything is thoughtfully laid out: it’s compact but efficient. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, with a microwave, electric kettle, induction hot plate, and all necessary dishes and utensils. They sold me large bottles of drinking water throughout my stay. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. The view from the windows is lovely, and there are lots of windows. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy (construction, football revelry), but the double-panel glass blocked out almost all of the noise and I slept peacefully every night. Tracy was responsive and helpful: she’d always answer my messages within a few minutes and helped me to troubleshoot the few problems I had. E.g. my electric kettle stopped working, and she provided a new one immediately. I’ve stayed in Hà Nội many times, and this is my favorite apartment. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Thao’s place for almost 3 weeks and it truly felt like home away from home. So sad to leave! The apartment is super spacious and nicely decorated. There are 3 balconies to choose from and a gorgeous rooftop! It is bright and clean and you rarely hear the noise from the street or neighbours. Location is great - away from the madness of the old town but easily walkable. The local area has great restaurants and cafes too. This apartment would be perfect for a short or a long stay. Thao goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. She is kind, responsive and helpful. Truly an incredible host. We will definitely be back should we return to Hanoi. Thank you so much!

Super logement pour vivre à Hanoï. À l’écart de l’agitation du centre ville, cet hébergement est idéal. Service ménage, gardien, parking et appareils ménagers parfaits. Petit bémol pour le manque de vaisselle, inconvénient seulement si vous comptez y vivre.

Mai was a great host. She answered all questions and concerns promptly both before check-in and during our stay. When we arrived a few things were not as pictured or promised, and she had the staff correct them faster than one would think possible. On the downside, the promised view of "All rooms feature big window with stunning view over West Lake and beautiful landscape" was not true. The bedroom window looked out over a side street that was fine. But the living room/dining area had a view of a roof directly abutting the window, with a large water tank on top and then construction. There was no view of a lake or any landscape. The noise from the construction was bothersome at times, but never in the evening, so if you are out all day it would not be an issue. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Ми шукали це помешкання після того як попереднє житло виявилось обманом. Але залишились дуже задоволені так як все було чудово. Помешкання знаходиться біля озера тож вам завжди буде де гуляти. Також це в межах 5хв від урядового кварталу, тому безпека тут на високому рівні. Таммі завжди швидко відповідає та готова допомогти. Ми прожили тут місяць працюючи віддалено і нам немає на що нарікати. Дякуємо Таммі за гарне помешкання.

A wonderful place with a very friendly host, who was very good in communication and solved all our queries. The location is also excellent. All in all well worth it and would anyday opt for it again if needed.

I'm from the USA and I lived at Tofu's house for 2 months while working in Hanoi at the hospital. It felt just like home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and very helpful and kind when i had a dripping faucet (they replaced it immediately). The place was cozy, quiet, and private. I loved sitting both in the lobby to get work done as well as on the roof with the 5 cats! They became my great friends. Thank you for having me <3

It was easy to enter the apartment by following the instructions sent to us by the host, the apartment was identical to the photos, but we did not notice that the door of the apartment is the same as the elevator, which is something we are not used to because of the sound of using it every time. The apartment lacked some cleanliness (the floor, the smell of the apartment), the bedroom radiator was not working well and turned off by itself at night and turned on the heat instead of the cold, the remote control was not working either. The TV in the living room lacked sound and the kitchen had to move the water heater to the living room to connect it to the electricity. The electric cooker would suddenly turn off and you had to touch the power cord to turn it back on. In addition to the noise of the construction work that was going on in the neighborhood.

This apartment was the highlight of my stay in Hanoi! (I moved around a bit as I was staying for a while). Truc bach is an ideal location - 3 mins to an incredible sunset view, and generally very close to the old quarter (10 mins by bike). The apartment was so comfortable - the bed was amazing, the shower pressure was in incredible and generally I had the best time. I even extended my stay for three more nights here.

This is my second time booking at this place and I still like it very much! The receptionist is also very kind and I could always speak to her :)

Vivian was an absolutely delightful host: attentive, kind, and always ready to help. She made sure we had everything we needed, from baking utensils to flower vases, and communication was always smooth and straightforward. We stayed for a month, and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for: a cozy little cocoon in Hanoi, tucked away from the chaos of the city center. It offered a beautiful view and was very well connected to the rest of the city by bus. As some reviews have mentioned, the apartment does look a bit older than in the photos, but Vivian let us know she was planning to repaint right after our stay, so it should look even better now! Other than that, we had an amazing time and wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you so much for everything, Vivian: we highly recommend your place!

From the very beginning host Nguyen is proactive in sending all the details for the checkin and even offered to arrange the taxi from the airport. Our checkin experience was seamless in the building where security guard directed us to the flat, and entry to the flat was with the pin code which host shared beforehand. We travelled with 2 toddlers and both of them were very happy and comfortable, ample space for them to roam in dining hall. Flat has all the amenities that we needed, overall the it was relaxing for the family. Host Nguyen is proactive and even helped in local travel recommendations. If you are looking for a peaceful surrounding with 20 min grab ride to old quarter, this place covers all the tick boxes.

Alex’s apartment is amazing. Very comfortable bed, awesome bathroom, and great amenities. The pool and gym are great even for a fee they were worth it. Alex is also an amazing host and answered all of the questions we had. Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Hanoi.

Apartment very nice, clean and had everything that you need. We felt very comfortable. The neighborhood offered lots of possibilities for cafes and restaurants, but with a lot less traffic compared to hanoi center. We had a good time and would come back again. Thanks !

Had a super nice stay here, the apartment has a nice modern and cosy touch and was super clean. Great shower with nice hot water as well. We arrived very late at around 2am which was not a problem as you check in via a keypad. Huy was very responsive and helpful providing all the information we needed as well as giving us nearby suggestions to explore. One thing that could be added is a blanket/ cover for the bed in the front room, it is a fold out sofa but we could not find a cover however it was still a comfortable stay. Would definitely consider returning if in the area in the future.

Mình rất hài lòng về chỗ ở này. Phòng đẹp và thoáng mát đủ ánh sáng , buổi sáng ngủ dậy cũng không bị chói mắt quá. Nhà có chỗ để xe máy, vị trí thuận tiện di chuyển lên phố cổ và khu hồ Tây. Và giá cả rất hợp lý phải chăng! Đây là một nơi đáng để lựa chọn nếu bạn đang cần tìm một chỗ ở cho chuyến đi chơi Hà Nội^^

Great apartments! Spent a good time there

Enjoyed my stay here, really great place for working. If you're here to be a tourist it might be a little far out for you - about 20/25mins on a motorbike to the old town. However, it worked well for me as I only went into the old town a few times a week. Nice coffee shops around, 15 min walk to Lottemart. There is an outdated review about having to wake up the guard to enter the property late at night, I was given my own remote to open the gate as I pleased. The highlight for me of my stay here was how warm and helpful the security guard and housekeeper were, they truly made my stay. Lovely people.

Absolutely amazing stay. The interior design was beautiful and very thought through and homely. Water was in the fridge ready for us after a long travel day. Very responsive hosts. very clean. Really great price for the stay and considering its location. 100% recommend.

I stayed there 3 months with my girlfriend and our dog, and everything during the stay went great! Vivian (the host) was super helpful and reactive, and went above and beyond assisting us for everything we needed. Location also is perfect as everything Is in walking distance, the centre is not far but still is not too trafficked. Would definitely stay again! :D
