Comfortable place, daily equipment is also very complete. but to get to the center of the old quarter area need to walk about 10mn. To dry it takes a few days because it does not directly get sun in the laundry section. But overall it's very satisfying.

Unbeatable location in the heart of the old quarter, yet hidden from the noise. The listing matched the description and had all the listed amenities. Communication with the host was always lightning-fast. Kien politely responded to all of my questions. Very well worth the price. Things to consider: - the apartment is basically on the fourth floor with narrow stairs and no elevator access. People with big luggage/mobility issues may find it difficult to access the unit. - the listing is in an alley which can be accessed from two sides, so it was a bit confusing at first when the driver dropped me off at the side different from the one in the host’s picture description. - no street facing window, but a nice balcony with a sitting area. - all of the appliances are in either Japanese or Vietnamese with no English instructions. However, Kien was super quick and thorough to explain how everything works. Despite all of the above, I’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The apartment is in a great location—tucked away in a quiet alley right by Hoan Kiem Lake. It’s easy to walk to all the main attractions and many of the must-try restaurants. Since it’s on the first floor, there are both pros and cons. If you have trouble with stairs, this place is perfect—no steps at all, just walk straight in. The downside is that there’s not much natural light, but since we were out exploring most of the time, it didn’t really matter. The host was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Very nice stay, the place was very clean and spacious. Host was great with communication and very specific about instructions so it was easy to follow. The area was nice still in the heart of the city but not straight in the middle of the old town where it is very touristy and noisy. Overall very great and would recommend.

Great stay at Nga's place. The apartment is well located a few minutes' walk from Hanoi's attractions and shops. We really enjoyed our 6 days at this place. It's very quiet, we slept very well. The apartment is very well equipped And communication with Nga is very easy We recommend

Really lovely place to stay! We stayed here the night before returning back home as it’s a 30 minute drive to the international airport. The place is spotless and the view is stunning!

The stay was a great one, with very friendly and proactive hosts. The building and room's design was very modern, and was such a peaceful and convenient stay. Have a nice streetside BBQ downstairs as well if you're feeling hungry for supper, and local market to explore nearby too. Although, one thing we didn't notice upon booking is the train tracks which are located about 30m away of which we can hear the train horn and travel late at night. Besides this, it was a very peaceful location with all the amenities provided. Would definitely give this place as a reccommendation!

We can’t recommend this accommo enough. The space was perfect for 2 couples. Used the upstairs patio so much. Appreciated the snacks and water and coffee. Thankyou Quynh Communication was excellent. Early check in was so appreciated as well. Plenty of towels. Thankful for the washing machine and liquid after being away for a week. Would definitely stay here again when we visit next. Highly recommend. Great little restaurant next door
