Delightful flat in a very quiet block. Flat was immaculate throughout, nicely furnished to give everything we needed without being cluttered. Location is wonderful with an easy and beautiful walk into the city from the flat through the park. Lots of great restaurant choices.

Staying at Joel’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly at home — as if we were staying at a friend’s cozy retreat rather than just a rental. The studio itself is even better than the pictures; they truly don’t do it justice. It’s bright, clean, and surprisingly spacious, with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Joel was a fantastic host — responsive, kind, and welcoming. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the Lichfield and surroundings!

Perfect place to stay if you’re looking for peace and quiet but also ideally located for me to visit family and friends scattered within a twenty mile radius. Everything is there, in the the cottage, for your convenience. If I could make one suggestion however, for people like myself who have travelled from overseas, a small drop of milk to make tea on arrival would have been lovely. Such a tiny detail though and certainly did not detract from a lovely stay!

We stayed here with 4 adults and three children. The place was well set up for toddlers with stair gates and a travel cot/highchair. It is based in a very tranquil setting just away from the village. The property is nicely furnished and very comfortable. We stayed here for a local wedding but also travelled to Drayton Manor which was only half an hour away. Would definitely recommend staying here and Roy was a great host. Thank you Roy!
