Apartment vacation rentals in Hampton

We stayed here for a week and used it as a home location for day trips each day. We easily got to antique stores in New Hampshire and Maine and we were close enough to Boston to get to Mount Auburn and Salem. Everything was just as pictured on the website and our host responded to us very quickly whenever we had a question. Absolutely enjoyed being able to watch the sunset from our room and enjoy the wonderful bird songs in the morning and the frogs and crickets at night.

Very comfortable & relaxing! Even though it rained while we were there, the house was so nice we didn’t mind being stuck inside.

Zachary was very responsive and attentive to our needs which were very minimal. Very clean and well presented. Great location out of the midstream of chaos of the strip but close enough to get there. Walk to the beach short and can get a glimpse of the water from the room but would be better a floor or two up. Well furnished with all cooking supplies. Ice maker included which was a plus. Enjoyed our time. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved our stay here! The place was not only peaceful and quiet, but it also had a huge front yard that was perfect for the kids to run around and play. So it’s super kid-friendly, and my little ones totally fell in love with it. Also the place had everything we - adults needed: spacious kitchen. cozy beds with really comfortable mattress in my opinion! Super close to the beach and downtown Hampton is also a plus. Hoang, the host, was friendly and responsive. Overall, the experience was easy and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Perfect beach get away with amazing views. Right on the beach! Walking distance to everything. The space is beautifully decorated, and spotless. Such a pleasure to see and listen to the ocean, even on rainy days. Recommend highly and look forward to a return visit. Janine was a pleasure and a wonderful host.

We had a great stay at Seaside Social. Despite being so close to Wally's, we didn't find it to be noisy--there's lots to do within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities of home were there when we arrived; even a goodie bag of snacks and beverages in the fridge. The weather didn't cooperate for us, but there were also beach chairs, towels, and a rolling cart available to use. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pet-friendly place in Hampton Beach.

We came for the half marathon and it was great location. Host was friendly and nice/cosy place to rest for a short weekend.

Awesome and relaxing! Adam is a very attentive host. The neighbors are very kind and helpful. The sounds surrounding the home are lively yet soothing. Ps Best vacation yet! We loved our stay in Portsmouth! The apartment was in the perfect location - walkable to everything & with a beautiful water view. It was clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked and had some unique charm. Alex was a clear communicator and easily reachable before & during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

The place is Cozy and very close to the beach and the broadwalk, but not to close that you can hear all the parties that in going on in broadwalk. Parking is a bit far, but 5 min walk is acceptable. Erin is a superhost and very responsive.

This was a cozy little place walkable to all the restaurants on the main strip in Hampton. Very clean and the host was responsive and helpful. Will return!

Exactly as described! We loved how accessible the board walk was. The beach was right by the condo, we didn’t need to drive anywhere during our stay. Thank you for the great communication & helpful instructions. Loved our stay!

Pristine apartment just minutes from everything. Excellent location for bird/animal lovers. The bird feeders provided endless entertainment. Inside apartment was well appointed with gorgeous furnishings and quality linens. Super quiet too. Hoping to stay with Rick again.

Good place to stay for Hampton Beach. Short walk to the water.

Wonderful property. Clean, comfortable beds, large shower, all amenities you would need. Close to the beach, about 4 minute walk. Quiet. Bigger than it looks. We had a great stay and hope to be back next year. If you stay, make sure to check out Darlings, a small coffee/breakfast/ice cream place on the corner !

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. Evan and Rachel were wonderful, responsive hosts and the property was exactly what I hoped for. Upon arrival, the washer looked and smelled very moldy. My advice to any future guests would be to please consider airing out the washer after using it to help prevent this. The AC/heat pump units also seemed a bit musty. However, after communicating the issue to the hosts, they quickly offered to come in later that day to sanitize the washer and give our unit an ozone treatment to deal with the mold spores in the air. I really appreciated the effort and it resolved the problem enough for me to feel comfortable washing my clothes. The convenience of living on the main road in town was nice, but the street was a bit noisy at night. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay at The Loft Escape Apartment again!

We loved this place! It was incredibly clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Perfect for a couple’s getaway. Conveniently located to Ogunquit, Kennebunk and Wells by car. The bed was very comfy. Everything you need for a great stay. We definitely will go back!

It’s was like luxury after a long day working a wedding. It was very peaceful , clean and felt like home. I cannot wait to stay again!

We had the best time in Arlington this past week! We came for the Boston marathon. The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. It was close to Boston but far enough out for the peace and quiet. Doug and Hope were the most exceptional hosts. They were accommodating and very responsive. They went above and beyond to make our stay and everything we needed as easy as possible. They were so great and we hope to come back in the future!!

I stayed with Evan and Rachel previously in the apartment located upstairs from the Hideaway Studio. Once again, I was not disappointed! Spotlessly clean, great location, clear instructions, and perfect for a single guy looking to stay a few nights in Derry. No complaints except I was unable to find any dish soap, so I had to wash everything with hand soap. Also, when using the hot tub, I was bothered by a musty smell coming from the water, especially when all the jets were turned on. Perhaps I’m just overly sensitive to mold. Also, some of the pictures should be updated. While I didn’t need it for my stay, the bunk bed was not set up, so it was just the full bed with the twin trundle underneath. Wonderful stay overall, and I would not hesitate to book this location again!
