Beach condo vacation rentals in Hampton

"Vitamin Sea" was a lovely place to stay for my husband and I.. It was quiet and out of the craziness of the hampton strip, yet we were able to Uber to the strip within 5 minutes. Edith's place was clean and felt like home, and she was very responsive when we had questions. We hope to return next year!

Most enjoyable vacation I have ever experienced. The condo was clean and had all the amenities you would ever need. The location was as described, and the scenery was breathtaking. I will be planning on coming and staying here again next year and years to follow!

Julie’s place was very nice and very clean. The location was great, right across the street from the ocean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was even a small basket of treats. Julie responded very quickly to any messages we sent. We would highly recommend this place.

Location, location, location!!! Paul’s place is optimally placed at the end of I St. When you cross the road you are exactly at a stairwell down to the beach. Just so super convenient! Clean and neat space comfortable for two. We plan on returning.

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

this place was in a great location all in all but advertised as a condo wheen it's really a one br apartment just feel like should be listed as that as you defiantly have people all around you

What more can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests? The place was perfect for our 35th anniversary get-a-way. Darryl was so on top of things. We had a question and it was answered within 2 minutes. He really is a SUPER HOST.

We stayed on the third level. The condo was very clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Decor was cute! Had some kid books set out and a stuffed animal which my daughter loved. Beds were comfortable. Bright early in the mornings! Can see a partial ocean view! It is close to the beach , but with a toddler and all our gear it was a little too far to walk (especially on the way back, uphill) so we had to drive and park closer. Cute little restaurant close to the beach , Tamis, was yummy for lunch. Overall very nice vacation for my family!

Rented for a week just after Labor Day. The carriage house was great, just as advertised.

We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend! The location here truly can’t be beat-walking distance to everything Kennebunkport has to offer. We loved that the property was pet friendly and well stocked. The property itself was exactly as described with very comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again. Robert and Janette were incredibly responsive with our questions and recommendations and had clear checking and checkout instructions. A true gem of a weekend getaway!

Our short stay was needed and this location was exactly what we was looking for! Very accommodating, private. Made us feel right at home. Our one complaint would just be the wifi. We struggled to get connected even with simple instructions. All in all, I would DEFINITELY reserve this location for our travels/vacations in the future! Thanks, Rick

Don't go to a beach town and not stay on the beach! Incredibly beautiful location! The apt was absolutely perfect, and the decor was the ideal New England beach setting! Big, roomy and with two baths- we never felt crowed. The kitchen was well stocked, so we felt right at home. The beach chairs and beach towels made getting to the beach easy. A question or two popped up and they got back with us immediately!

My first Airbnb experience, and Chip and Camille set the bar high. Exactly as described. Your toes hit sand 5 steps from the sliding back door. I comfortably walked barefoot to mass. I saw a snowy owl perched nearby. place is Perfectly furnished. The soft leather couch was incredible. like seriously, we slept on it. The snacks and milk and water and butter in the fridge are so kind. tvs in every room. great wifi. family games in the closet and camille dropped off extra toys for my kid. and also, 3 ply toilet paper, well stocked too! the bathroom has a heater fan which was an unexpected luxury. I'm very sensitive to smells and i don't have any complaints. kitchen appliances are all updated, functional, easy to use, and large to normal sized. finally, it felt NICE, like we were welcome. there weren't signs everywhere with rules. the rules in the book felt common and reasonable.

Felt right at home for our group. Loved have 3 bathrooms. The master bathroom was absolutely a pleasure! We also enjoyed being by the beach. 11 out of 10 all around!

Mary is a first class host!! Almost immediate response!! Genuinely wanted to make sure the stay was perfect!! The Condo itself was immaculate!! The views of the beach from the deck are unmatched by any in the area!! Literally two minutes to sand on the feet!!! Very comfortable, fully stocked amenities, and such easy access!! We will certainly be repeat renters!!! Do not hesitate to rent from Mary!!!!!!

Jean's place was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything you might need. Jean was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this place, it is well appointed with comfortable beds, great furnishings, plenty of linens, and a washer & dryer if you need to do laundry. If you like walking on the beach, it is literally a 2 minute walk or less from your door to Hampton Beach. Thank you Jean!!

Beautiful, conveniently located to so many great spots for exploring. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, day trips to Ogunquit, Maine, Portsmouth, NH, Newburyport, NH, and Salem, Massachusetts. Favorite spot for dinner in Hampton, Hagan’s Grill. Check out Rose’s Cove in Ogunquit, Black Cow in Newburyport, Green Elephant in Portsmouth, and Firefly in Manchester for other great spots to eat. Condo was beautiful, Michael and his wife were very responsive and helpful, this spot is a must. Will certainly be staying again!

Kerry and Steve's place was a home away from home. The absolute perfect vacation home! We adored the beach theme. Their place was less than a 5 minute walk to Hampton Beach which was extremely convenient. They left us a sweet treat called Turtles which were absolutely delicious. We would 100% return to their place if they'd have us again:)
