I am really excited, everything was 100 percent right. A nice little apartment in a beautiful house. Very quiet and just perfect for me. I can recommend this apartment.

We (3 moms and 3 toddlers) stayed for a weekend with Lidwine and her husband. The apartment was sparkling clean, looked better than in the photos and a baby cot, highchair and a bottle of sparkling wine were provided for us😃. Everything was really perfect. Also the communication and the reception. During the day, we took great excursions to the nearby area with the children (Wildpark Frankenhof, Aquarius Borken...). The apartment is very quiet in the middle of nature. Very clear recommendation! :)

What a beautiful apartment there in the ridge of the building. All the comforts, sparkling clean and including a regal breakfast. Attentive host and hostess. Recommended!

The accommodation is absolutely lovingly decorated and very clean. I've never had such a well-equipped accommodation, it really has everything you could ask for. Beatrix was extremely accommodating, gave us valuable tips, and brought out a few extra toys, as it unfortunately rained a lot. The location is great for exploring the Lower Rhine. The children also liked to spend time at the window, and watch animals (deer, hawks, geese, woodpeckers, etc.). We fully recommend the place.

The place is very nicely decorated and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything was spotlessly clean, and you immediately feel comfortable. The hostess is incredibly nice, attentive and always helpful – you can tell that she cares about the well-being of the guests. I would highly recommend this place and would come back anytime!

My parents, who stayed in the beautiful apartment for two nights, loved the stay. She would book the apartment again at any time to explore Xanten and the surrounding area. They especially liked the location, the cleanliness and the cozy decor. The contact with the hosts was very reliable and friendly.

We stayed in Karin's apartment for 2 nights due to a wedding in Raesfeld and can't complain, nice apartment with everything you need. The contact with Karin was also great!

Edith is totally sweet and accommodating. The accommodation is superbly equipped, clean and modern. We had a very pleasant stay. We'd be happy to come back.

Beautiful Airbnb with everything you need!

Laura was a wonderful host. She welcomed us directly, showed us everything and gave us many nice recommendations for our stay. She also gave us great information on all sorts of questions. Even when we accidentally locked ourselves in, she was there to free us. In addition to the fantastic hostess, the Airbnb was also a dream. It is a lot bigger than in the pictures, super clean and the beds are incredibly soft and large. After the first night, we all agreed that these were the most comfortable beds we had ever slept on. We were in Duisburg for the Dokomi 2025 and drove to Düsseldorf every day. That also went great, the route was not too long and you always found a parking space at the Airbnb in the evening. Supermarkets were also directly accessible. It was therefore an incredibly great stay. Thanks again to Laura 🫶🏻

Beautiful and very well furnished apartment, quiet residential area, problem-free overnight stay with dog, parking right in front of the house. We'd love to come back for our next family celebration.

Super great place to stay that is even better than it looks in the pictures. The apartment has a great location, very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but you can still get to Xanten or Sonnsbeck quickly. This quiet location is ideal for a few relaxing days and especially if you want to have a quiet New Year's Eve with your dog. Peter and Hella are also super nice hosts! This place can only be recommended!

We were only away one night, but found a well-equipped, modern and very clean accommodation. Restaurants are easily accessible on foot in the evening. Highly recommended.

We rode our bicycles on the Rhine cycle route to Anneclaer and Michael's place just outside the old town. We stored the bikes securely in the yard. The apartment was spotless, well appointed, a short walk to the supermarket and very comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

We had a fantastic time. Beautiful quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Worth repeating. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. Stop is a 2-minute walk. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

A very large and super equipped apartment in a good location with two very special highlights: A hot tub - and a private cinema with four comfortable armchairs, Netflix access, large screen and great sound. The location is also great: In a few minutes walk, you can be at the nearest subway station as well as a shopping center, yet very quiet. I was there by bike, and the apartment was the perfect base for trips to the Zollverein mine, the Nordsternpark in Gelsenkirchen and other interesting places. Communication with Lucas was great, fast response times and help with questions/problems at any time. If I'm drawn to the area again, I'd love to stay here as a guest again!

Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully designed and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy, the lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. My mother and I have certainly rested and relaxed as much as we needed. The jacuzzi is amazing. We had a very nice experience. We will definitely repeat

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The hot tub is a real hit, everything is lovingly decorated and clean. We will definitely be back.

It is very quiet and the amenities were very good. The hot tub in particular was a great offer. Since there were three of us there, it was also very good that there is an additional toilet in the apartment. Smart TV and fast, working Internet have also been provided. In the kitchen, everything that is part of the standard equipment was also there. Klaus and Marianne were very nice and welcomed us very hospitably. I highly recommend staying with the two.

The apartment is great! Everything is very clean, the amenities are great! Just everything you need! I only had to take half of my things from home, because everything was available. Whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. We don't need to talk about the bathroom. It's pure luxury. You can always find a parking spot nearby. It's quiet. Nice neighbors. Public transportation is nearby. You can get anywhere fast. And you also have shopping nearby. Dirk was very nice and always available. Everything wonderful.
