A very small, refurbished studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. An 8-10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19, or Subway station Tallkrogen, green line 18. Close by, walking distance, a supermarket, parks, restaurants and nice walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome 😊

Nice apartment in quiet area!

104 sqm apartment with great communications to the center of Stockholm. The nearest metro station is called "Sandsborg", (3 minutes walking distance) from where it takes 15 minutes to T-central and 12 minutes to old town. Let us know when you book if you want access to the garage!

The accommodation is really nice. It's clean and you have everything what you need. Mitri pay attention to the small details, like providing shampoo, toothbrushes and your own spaces in for example the fridge. The location is also very good, nearby a tram station. Thanks to the good public transport of Stockholm, you can easily go out at night and you will always find your way back home. Södermalm is a lovely area with many PUBs and restaurants. Mitri itself is a really good and friendly host. He cares about you and he gives good tips for Stockholm. So he can be at the same time your travel guide. All around I am really happy with my stay and I would book it again in the future!

The apartment and its location was really good for us when we went to a gig at Tele2 Arena. The price-quality ratio was right and the apartment was really cozy. It was nice to communicate with Tornbjörn and he was really friendly and professional. We recommend!

Had a lovely and most relaxing stay at this holiday home by the water. Everything worked great for us. Beautiful scenery, a neighboring park with lovely walks, fully equipped and sparkly clean stylish home, great kitchen to prepare meals, comfy bed, bus stop right by the house for easy commute to the city, and lovely lovely outdoors, including swims ten times a day... and special visitors to the backyard such as deer, ducks and squirrels as well as the neighbor's cat :) If you don't have a car, remember to bring groceries with you, otherwise it's a few minutes walk. Thank you for this memorable stay.

100% recommend William's place! Everything was as described - the place itself was extremely clean and well-equipped. The location is great and quiet. The metro is only a few minutes walk away and you're in the city centre within 20-30 minutes! The 3 Arena and Avicii Arena were only a 20-minute walk away, so perfect for those attending a concert/event. There are also shops and restaurants in the area!
