Lake side house rentals in Hamlin Lake

We loved staying here! The place was cozy and peaceful and we felt at home right away. The area was quiet with very few neighbors. Sarah thought of everything, including food/water bowls and treats for our pup! The highlight was the fully stocked kitchen - we cooked most meals during our stay and whenever we realized we forgot something, it seemed to magically appear in a kitchen drawer. We would love to return next time we take a trip to the area!

What more can I say than a great stay. Rebecca was responsive as needed, the hospitality was warming, the house was beautiful, literally no complaints. For the second time being here, I will definitely be coming back!!

My husband and I had a great time! Loved that everything was within walking distance. We took a lot the recommendations of where to eat and visit and enjoyed every one of them! The hot tub and fire pit were great! Would highly recommend!

We had a great time at Kelly’s Lake Michigan home. Beautiful view from the back deck great for watching sunsets. We brought our pup and she had a blast lounging by the fire place. Kelly even provided dog waste bags and food and water bowls. Our 2 year old nephew was also excited to find children’s books and toys to play with. One of the best equipped Airbnb kitchens I have experienced in a while allowed us to good up family dinners without having to drive into town to eat. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Silver Lake!

Host was super quick to responds and sent a ton of info of things to do in the area. A very nice, peaceful time on the lake.

This is a beautiful location and a lovely comfortable home. A great place to escape to when reality is wearing one down. Well equipped.

Great Place for a fall long weekend getaway! We enjoyed the ease of access to surrounding activities, beautiful views and advertised amenities. The place worked great for cooking in or outdoors and keeping two children entertained. Trips to dunes for hiking or motorsport, bigger cities for restaurants or shopping and parks for sightseeing and recreation are all available from this cottage. The place was well stocked with towels, bedding and cooking utensils. Some water and ice are also provided. I ended up needing to work a bit during the stay, the wifi was great for this. A note that lake front property is prime real-estate so neighbors are close by. While quiet and nice, having neighbors close by may not be everyone's cup of tea. Overall a great place to stay, would be interested in coming back for longer during the summer in the future.

This was such an ideal place to celebrate our anniversary. The cabin is absolutely beautiful in a peaceful and private setting, which gave us permission to unplug and relax. We loved the sauna outside and enjoyed our meals in the shade of the surrounding trees. It’s already a really special place, and the hosts went above and beyond with amenities and details that elevated the experience beyond any other Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. We will definitely return to create more memories and connect with each other in this quiet and lovely cabin. Absolutely perfect!

this was my 3rd year starting at this great little cabin and we keep coming back for a reason. it's perfect, affordable, with everything you need. fire pit and porch with beach down the rd. great place to go with family and friends. kids were happy to have wifi:) see you next year!

As always the place is beautiful , clean and well managed. Ben is communicative and friendly as well as the staff that help out. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach with easy access to food, parks and the outdoors this is the place.

We had a truly magical stay at Rob’s place in the woods. Surrounded by nature, it was the perfect escape. The house is just a short 5-minute walk to a beautiful beach.The house itself was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. While the walk up to the house involves a bit of a climb—which could be challenging for someone with bad knees—it didn’t bother us. The living room and bedrooms were spacious and relaxing, and we had no issues with the well water during our stay. The kitchen is in a separate building from the main living space, which took a little getting used to, but it was well-equipped for all our needs. One suggestion would be to upgrade the electric stove, which felt a bit outdated and at times posed some safety concerns. The electric grill also looks quite old and could use a deep clean, but it still worked well enough for us to grill all of our meals. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled escape.

Great spot, just as advertised and the location was amazing. Adam’s instructions were detailed and spot on. We’ll be back next summer.

We loved staying on Vacation Lane! What a quiet, sweet little neighborhood right on the water. the beds were comfy and everything was clean and cozy. We especially loved putting our paddle boards in to Lake Hamlin and floating around, looking at fish and birds. Stix is really close and was our favorite place to eat. We'd love to come back again! Rented out with my family! The views were spectacular. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit every night. Home was beautiful full of great amenities. Host supplies you with any toiletries you can think of. Very well equipped. Clean and pristine. Host was quick, friendly, & responsive whenever we needed anything. Would recommend to friends and family!

Truly an exceptional stay. Top tier hosts that have gone above and beyond to make the stay feel like home. Incredibly clean, no bugs. A really nice little house. Property is beautifully maintained. So relaxing. Wildlife everywhere. We loved all the turtles. The only negative would be the goose poop all over the yard, but that’s just wild life being wild (I would just pack footwear accordingly) Overall, we are super happy with our stay and hope to be back! Thanks for everything!

Eric was extremely responsive from start to finish. My daughter and I stayed in the mini cabin for a peaceful and private getaway while we were in the area to visit a local zoo. The cabin was elegantly simple, modern, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and cozy stay. We were truly saddened to leave this beautiful and tranquil environment. I look forward to returning in the fall and winter. The view is stunning and we really enjoyed the hiking trails on the property. Our stay was a special experience with memories to last us a lifetime. Thank you, Eric, for creating such an amazingly beautiful space for us to stay and explore!

Enjoyed our stay. In town for daughter’s wedding reception at Lincoln Hills. House worked great. Easy to get in. Nice fence in yard for our dog. Walked bike trails close by. Loved the easy check out. Forgot a toothbrush and they had one for me. I would stay again

We had a perfect stay here! The home is located in a beautiful, private area directly on the beach of Lake Michigan. The view is amazing, and the inside of the home was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. And we really appreciated only one short page of check-in / check-out information - nothing overly complicated! Other points we were appreciative of: -- Entire home was impeccably clean -- Great variety of cooking equipment, tableware, and utensils in the kitchen -- Kitchen drawers were labeled which made finding things a breeze -- Love the decor with a cozy, coastal feel -- Quality towels & rugs -- Towel hooks in bathrooms & bedrooms -- Great water pressure & temperature -- Patio seating -- Absolutely incredible view -- Great tub -- Fire pit on the beach was very fun -- Huge variety of games and activity books for children, as well as beach toys It was hard to leave! Would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in the area. Very highly recommend!

It was the perfect place for a weekend getaway.

Enjoyed a quick jaunt to Ludington for a single night stay… very direct, walkable site about 5-6 blocks from the SS Badger car ferry port. Clean and comfortable open concept spaces make it easy to enjoy conversation throughout home. Although site is away from any waterfront, view of boats in adjacent JC Marine still helped convey proximity to Lake Michigan. Would certainly book again for longer stay!

Beautiful tiny house with amenities abound and tucked away in peaceful setting. Great location for sight seeing in the area. We loved searching for rocks at Magoon Creek on shore of Lake Michigan-(stunning) and golfing @ Manistee National Golf Course-both 10 min away. Dinner at Docs just across the road was delicious. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced yard and uncrowded trails around the area.

This was am extremely charming place to stay. The camper had the perfect amount of space, surrounded by nature and a lot of thoughtful touches. We also used plenty of hot water with no issues at all. It seemed there was not a limited amount of heated water in the way most campers are set up, which was great. Sue was a very thoughtful host and this place exceeded our expectations in every way. I'd highly recommend it to anyone in search of the perfect glamping experience.
