*Charming studio with a great location*

A cozy and beautifully decorated studio apartment with everything you need for your stay. The location is absolutely great, between the marina and the market square, both of which are a few minutes' walk away. The view from the apartment windows opens to the adjacent park. The apartment in the old stone house is quiet thanks to the solid walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking either on the street or in the parking area at the port, where there is also a charging point for electric cars.

Examples of distances: XAMK campus - 500 m Port Arena - 500 m Kotka Market Square - 100 m Pasaati Shopping Center - 100 m Restaurants, cafes and shops just around the corner. The new bathroom and kitchen are well equipped. The housing association is quiet. Not for party animals.
