Nestled within the Queenwood gully this is a private downstairs unit situated below our busy family home. The spacious studio has a unique charm with its contemporary art deco interior design and bold furnishings. The large, north facing sunny bedroom with a sliding door over looks the swimming pool and out towards the expansive tropical gardens and native gully. *Note that the extra portable single bed is in the main living space and is subject to some noise from little feet above.

Sarah's Guest House - King Room

Situated in a great location, quiet culdesac, 2 minutes to Chartwell. We have a large two story home with most of the main living done upstairs. It is an older home that is comfortable and areas are larger giving a sense of space. My husband and I are easy going (we think lol ) and love having people in our home. We have lived overseas and so enjoy international guests and are able to speak a little mandarin.

Enjoy convenient access to central Hamilton with a dedicated car park. Located near FMG Stadium, The Base shopping center, and Hamilton's downtown area, plus a bus stop right outside. The room is cozy and includes a king-sized bed and a Smart TV. It's located next to our room, with a shared bathroom.
