Clean downtown - cafes, shops, cinema, bowling- 1 mile Suitable for couples/families, child friendly.

Cottage Lillehammer/Sjusjøen - near mountains and water

Cozy decorated and well equipped with good beds, kitchen, bathroom and shower. To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 min. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. In the winter there are nice ski tracks right outside the door and the atmospheric cabin combined with the sauna creates the perfect winter experience. Short distance to the Birkebeineren Ski Stadium, which offers an extensive network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. 15-min drive to Nordseter, about 20 minutes to Sjusjøen, both with excellent trails for hiking and skiing. The ski jumping hill is 3-minute drive from the cabin and offers a great view. 5-min drive to grocery store. For alpine skiing, Hafjell is 25 min away, and Kvitfjell is about 1 hour.

The bus stop for transport to Hamar city center is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, with departures every 30 minutes during the day and every hour in the evening.

Mountain cabin. In summer and autumn, the area is fantastic for hiking, biking or paddling. With 350 km amazing ski tracks on the doorstep, this is a cross-country skiing paradise. Borrow our skis, just bring boots. «Skisporet» provides info on track status. 15 min to Sjusjøen ski center (alpine). The area also offers exciting activities such as dog sledding (Sjusjøen Huskey Tours).
