Shops, fitness facilities, bus and trails right next to the house! Free parking. The living room has a nice sofa, and opens to a cozy terrace. You have Wi-Fi and Netflix. Three good 180 cm beds. It has a private entrance and a private spacious patio, well suited for both meals and socializing. The apartment and the associated patio are east-facing and have morning sun. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a short distance to nice hiking areas both in summer and winter, and only a short drive down to Mjøsa. Walking distance to train and bus.

The apartment is allergy-friendly as there are no animals or use of perfumes in the apartment. The apartment consists of underfloor heating and forced ventilation, which means that there is a good temperature in the apartment without having to think about anything. Everything is in place for a quiet and nice stay in this modern apartment.

The apartment is 38 m² located on the lower ground floor, with a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with washer and dryer. TV with Netflix. Two additional beds are available in a separate 15 m² annex. Access to the backyard and a large rooftop terrace with stunning views can be arranged upon request. EV charging available.

Cozy apartment just 700 meters from Hamar train station. Free parking on the premises. The apartment contains everything you need for a pleasant stay. Located peacefully centrally in Hamar, between the train station and the Viking Ship. The apartment is used regularly by me, so the standard is high and the apartment is well equipped. I take responsibility for the cleaning myself, as I can guarantee a clean and nice home for all guests. The final cleaning is included in the price.
