The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

Small 2 room approx. 50 sqm ground floor flat in a 6-family house in a quiet dead end in a industrial park in Bottrop Grafenwald. Movie Park can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car, Westfield Centro or Schalke Arena in approx. 20 minutes, but there is also a good bus connection (approx. 100 m). A small supermarket is approx. 1 km away, a petrol station open 24/7 approx. 300 m and the Grafenmühle holiday area approx. 3 km away. Larger supermarkets are located within a radius of approx. 4 km.

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

"Felix" apartment in Senden, near Münster

The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

Our apartment in the beautiful district of Sythen-Lehmbraken, the city of Haltern am See. In Sythen you will find everything your vacationer's heart needs, from a supermarket and snack bars to an Italian restaurant and an ice cream parlor. In the summer months, our small but beautiful outdoor pool is also open. The well-known and always well-attended Silbersee with its gastronomy is within walking distance of the apartment. The train station is 2 km from our apartment.

Welcome to the Kotten Kunterbunt, We are a small vacation farm for young and old. Whether with children, couples or traveling alone, you will feel comfortable here. There is an incredible amount for children to experience. Ponies, goats, guinea pigs, a private small forest and much more. Quiet, centrally located apartment with terrace

The 60-square-meter guest apartment is located in Marl-Hüls on a central but very quiet side street. The nearest bus stop is only 200 meters away; from there, you can reach Marl-Sinsen train station or Marl-Mitte S-Bahn station, with connections to Münster, Essen, Haltern am See, or Wuppertal, in just a few minutes. There is one bed in the bedroom, and there is a sofa bed in the living room of the apartment. The price also includes all Airbnb fees.

The over 700 year old castle Haus Bamenohl is hidden behind old trees in the middle of an idyllic park in the heart of the Sauerland hills. Welcome to our light-flooded 90 sqm feel-good oasis with loggia. Very quiet and rural, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our detached home. Here you will stay in the countryside, on the edge of the Ruhr area and can still reach the attractions of the Ruhr Valley quickly. If you are looking for peace, this is the place to be. If you want city life, you should choose another place to stay.
