The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

Naomi's apartment is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and had a lovely little patio to sit outside with a coffee or glass of wine. Communication with our host was clear and responsive and we appreciated the coffee, milk, juice and biscuits provided for us. Location perfect, bus stop and train station nearby, village 10 minute walk away and both Aldi and Tesco 2 minute walk. We took train to Liverpool, only £6.40 for daysaver. Despite the unexpected end to the Liverpool victory parade we loved the city and the people, so much to see and do. Only managed the ferry, Cavern and museum in our 3 days but we will definitely be back. Perfect place to stay for exploring the area. Thank you Naomi.

Rachael’s place is absolutely gorgeous! We felt right at home immediately and Rachael had left us such a lovely welcome basket with some yummy treats for us and the kids, so thoughtful and really appreciated- thank you. The whole place was spotless and so beautifully decorated plus it smelt lovely too! We loved the bathroom, especially the free standing deep bathtub! Rachael has made such an effort to create a really lovely place and we will definitely be back when visiting family in ormskirk again. Thank you Rachael.

Lovely home and excellent host. We had an issue with the boiler and hot water. The host sent a maintenance man over swiftly who dealt with the problem. Would highly recommend. Close location to attractions too! Quiet area.

We had the privilege of meeting Pauline on arrival and she was very welcoming and helpful. Her place was perfect for us visiting Southport for a family reunion. Very close to all we needed. The flat was well equipped and comfortable. Bed very comfy. We even managed to sit out on the bench between the rain showers. We would definitely stay again if she would have us and would recommend to other users.
