Diverse Sommer- und Winterwanderwege/Badeseen laden ein, die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch 2026 erhalten meine Gäste die Tennengau Card und Mobilitäts Ticket per EMail.

Our brand-new, tranquil 40 m² apartment is within walking distance of the centre of Strobl and Lake Wolfgang. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, stove, dishwasher), children cots, air condition, a washing machine with a dryer, a towel radiator, a bathtub for a relaxing bath, and a garage parking space. For your entertainment or home office needs, we have a Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi.

The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. The farmhouse has 4 rooms (4 double beds and 4 extra beds if needed) and is right in the center of Abtenau. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Abtenau is a great place to relax, recharge your batteries, go hiking, mountain biking or just go for a stroll. There are wonderful waterfalls, beautiful alpine pastures, an outdoor pool especially for children, mini-golf, a summer toboggan run. For winter sports enthusiasts, the Karkogel ski lift is very close by.

Our cozy, newly renovated house in Hallein is in a quiet location with its own entrance. It has a living area of 150 m² and can therefore accommodate groups or families of up to 8 people. The house is located 4 km from Hallein and only 7 km from the festival city of Salzburg and is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop ( 400 m ). For athletes Sports center Rif is 2 km from the house Parking places for your cars are available directly in front of the house.

Our apartment with garden is located at the foot of the Tennen Mountains and Hohenwerfen Castle. (Near the train) The 65 square meter garden apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed as well as a large living-dining room with a double bed on a platform. The kitchen is fully equipped, from the fridge to the toaster to the coffee maker. The bathroom features a rain shower and a separate bathtub. A large garden and separate entrance complete the apartment.

Our guest apartment is on the second floor of an old town house in the heart of Hallein and offers a nice view of the pedestrian zone. Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.
