The Celtic city of Hal can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails/bathing lakes invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In 2025, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card by email.

Spacious, cozy garden apartment with fantastic views of the Salzburg Untersberg. The bright, friendly apartment is on the first floor with a Mediterranean terrace that immediately awakens vacation feelings. In the beautiful, large garden, a stream flows directly past the property, which invites you to cool off. In the bedroom is a large double bed. 1 sofa bed is located in the living room if more than 2 guests are staying. The bathroom has a rain shower. The kitchen is new and fully equipped.

The modern apartment is located on the outskirts of Salzburg/Anif. At 72 m², it offers enough space for 4 people. In total, 1 living area with kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available. The sofa quickly turns into a cozy bed. The highlight is the whirlpool tub in the bathroom, as well as the pool in the garden. It´s a pleasure to live in our biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a Family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view and is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.
