With us, you’ll be staying in a house over 400 years old, sleeping with a view of an ancient pear tree, and enjoying your wine in a living room filled with cozy charm. The self-contained apartment on the first floor is about 55 m2 and features one bedroom, a spacious living room with an integrated kitchen and a pull-out couch, a bathroom with a toilet, and an entryway with a wardrobe. The west-facing terrace invites you to soak up the sun until it sets while admiring the stunning Göll Massif.

Das Zimmer hat einen direkten Zugang, mit einem Vorhang abgetrennt, zum eigenen Bad. Das Bad ist durch ein Dachfenster sehr gut mit Licht durchflutet. Die Dusche ist groß, alles neu eingerichtet. Wir pflegen unsere Einrichtgung sehr. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Schreibtisch, das Bett ist 1,40 breit und eher weich. Zugang zur Terrasse mit eigenem kleinen Bereich. Die Wohnanlage mit 9 Eigentümern ist sehr hochwertig gebaut worden. Wir befinden uns im 2. Stock, die Aussicht ist genial.

With us you will stay very centrally but also in the countryside with many excursion destinations nearby and the Salzach bike path just a few meters away. Directly in front of the building is a spacious parking lot. In about 10 minutes on foot you are in the center of Strobl or Wolfgangsee.
