Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is located in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the hiking and natural snow ski area Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau). The Celtic city of Hal can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in about 20 minutes, and the ski resort can be reached in 5 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails/bathing lakes invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In 2025, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card by email.

Holiday home Lechner with maximum of 10 people spread in 1.OG. and 2. OG. From winter a new sauna barrel for relaxation. A tastefully renovated comfort apartment awaits you, which is furnished with great attention to detail. The house is located in a sunny and quiet location with adjacent forest & natural garden including garden lounge. From the balcony you can enjoy an incomparable panoramic view of the Tennengebirge. From Abtenau, many worthwhile excursion destinations can be reached quickly.

Quaint ambiance to feel good. Whether as a couple, with family or with friends - our cottage is ideally equipped for self-catering. The cross-country ski trail starts right behind the garden and the ski lift is a 10-minute walk. From there you can enjoy the Dachstein-West-Gosau ski resort. You can get absolute peace of mind while sweating in the barrel sauna. The Gosaukamm as a backdrop does the rest. There are two fireplaces in the house, which further emphasize the cozy atmosphere.

Luxury Chalet "Saphire"

The beautifully located chalet with stunning views of the Salzburg Dolomites is located in the middle of the 'Dachstein-West' ski resort at an altitude of about 900 m. The chalet is very cozy and modernly furnished with top amenities. Particularly noteworthy are 4 en-suite bedrooms, i.e. with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Our highlight – heated outdoor swim spa with counter-current system. This opens and closes comfortably via an automatic electronic motor control.

Chalet Riesgut Sound of Music in Werfen is a charming alpine hideaway with panoramic views of the Salzburg mountains. This cozy chalet features traditional Alpine décor, warm wooden interiors, a fully equipped kitchen, whirlpool, sauna, and spacious living areas. Families, couples, and groups will find space to relax and unwind. The large garden with barbecue, sunny lawn, and peaceful surroundings create a true nature retreat. Free Wi-Fi and private parking are also included.

Loft Krämerhaus

With free Wi-Fi and a central location, this large apartment awaits you in the former Krämerhaus in Annaberg im Lammertal, in the middle of the Dachstein West ski & hiking region. It is only 100 m to the valley station of the Kopfbergbahn and 1.5 km to the Donnerkogel gondola lift in Astau-Winkel. The ski & hiking bus stop is directly opposite the apartment. Numerous restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a butcher's shop are within minutes walking distance.
